Who made the hat band?
It's what I expected for the most part, the band however; is realy cheap, both materials and looking. Adding to this they put the seam in a highly visible spot right up front. This wouldn't be an issue except for some insane reason it's glued on. Other than that and it being cartoon tall its ok, it really is.
