Music for Little Mozarts Flash Cards: A Piano Course to Bring Out the Music in Every Young Child (Level 1), Flash Cards

This is something as an add-on, definitely not necessary since the materials are already in the book. Depending on your teaching style and method, you can incorporate this in your style, but it’s straightforward enough that it can be something you do on your own.

These are the best flash cards I've found recently that work for many of my piano students. Many students I have ask me if they can go through them at each lesson. These cards are larger then the usual cards and are a coral color that gets kids' attention right away. Students from 5 years old to 10 years old really enjoy going through the cards as part of their lesson. Numbers, symbols and pictures on the cards are large and easy to see.

I made the mistake of trying to save money and skipping the flashcards with my first son, opting instead to use some others that I had. After he really struggled with note-reading, we finally went back and redid this book right - with the flashcards. My daughter has been using them, and it really makes all the difference. If you want your child to enjoy piano and not make it a drudgery for them, do them the favor of helping to make it easier for them by doing their flashcards with them every day. It will make note-reading so much less painful.

These flashcards are fantastic! I'm a piano teacher and love teaching little ones, and I haven't found a better series. They go along perfectly with the rest of the books and are a great way to reinforce concepts. I make up all sorts of games with them and the children look forward to "Flashcard Time" at the end of their lessons. Great way to practice at home too!

I just started giving piano lessons to a 9 year old, and these flash cards have been very helpful (both for the student but also the teacher who may need to relearn some basics :))

My 6 yo daughter likes these cards better than the smaller cards with no pictures. I'm glad we got them because she still needs to practice her note reading.

My kid is really learning piano fast with the Music for Little Mozarts series. He's only six, and only taken lessons for a few months, but he's already playing Jingle Bells, O Christmas Tree, and Up On The Housetop! (These songs are sold separately)

More like paper rather than card and what's most disappointing is that there's no treble clef or bass clef flash cards.

Children love them and they understand very easy how they have to use them.I recommend them for practising if you just began to play the piano.
