Product is a reasonable low budget outdoor lighting option
This is a revised review:Product is neither the best nor the cheapest quality but reasonable for the price. I installed these lights a week ago on the wooden fences in my backyard. The sides of my house are the darkest parts of my backyard so I wanted something that would give some light to the sidewalks at night. Unfortunately, these lights did not work as well as I had hoped...especially for ~$50 purchase price.PROS:.Seller is great to work with.Shipped pretty quickly.Came with 2 screws and plastic anchors.Nice design; light and compact size (fits in your hand).Easy to install onto a wood fence.Came with rechargeable batteries.Looks ok... when they all work. After 11 months, all lights are still working; I don't plan on replacing these until I replace my fence or we do hard wired landscape lighting.Just slightly overpriced for what you get. I would pay $50 again so that all my lights matchCONS:.Mediocre quality; cheap plastic.Light is dimmer than expected which looks more blue than white (possibly due to the light cover). Some of the lights were brighter than others; brighter lights appeared "whiter" than the duller lights. There has not been a night when all the lights worked at the same time. One night a light will work and then the next night it doesn't work..Batteries might need to be replaced based on the uneven light strength; I'll replace all the batteries at the same time in the near future in hopes of getting better results

Poor protection
Four of these lights didn't work. I found poor solder connections on some of the electrical terminals and re-soldered them. One of the things I noticed when repairing the defective lights is that the electrical portions of these lights are not protected and can easily corrode. These are outdoor lights and moisture will definitely get into the lights.I took apart every light and applied liquid tape to all of the electrical terminals in an attempt to protect them from corrosion and applied a moisture barrier grease to the battery terminal to protect them as well. The photo shows how it looks with the added protection. I can't imagine they would last more than a few months without starting to corrode if I left them as they were.I've tried adding a photo many times but it doesn't show up in the review

I am unhappy I bought them. But, I ...
I am unhappy I bought them. But, I don't think they are particularly misrepresented in the description. Not bright enough for my application. smaller than I thought. all come in a box about a foot long and 4" tall and 4" wide.seem no brighter than a 4-watt night light you might use in a children's bedroom

Great product
They make the perfect addition to our existing lights. I gave them a full day in the sun to charge. Once charged, be sure to turn them ON (button on the back plate). Find a dark room or cover the solar panel with your hand to verify the light is working correctly before installation. They provide enough light to see the steps and add a nice color difference (I have the cool white). To make installation easier, I made myself a template with a piece of paper. I marked the height I wanted. Then marked the screw placement so I could pre-drill the first hole. I took a small level to ensure the second hole would be level w/ the pre-drilled hole. Then pre-drilled the second hole, inserted the two accompanying screws, and slide on the light. If the light is too loose, simple take it off and tighten the screws by either a 1/4 or 1/2 turn of a screwdriver. Then reinsert the light. Keep doing this until you get the light fixture tight enough where it's snug. I installed 9 of the 10 fixtures. Took about 30-40 minutes to complete this project.

Reliable, bright and very high quality!
I have a very large property and it's just not cost effective to run electric everywhere for lighting so I've tried various solar options over the years but with much disappointment. Usually the solar devices you buy online work well for a month or two, but then start to fail - not charging fully and getting dim after a couple of hours or die completely (usually because of water intrusion). I've noticed a lot of the solar products use the same or similar collector cell assemblies which yellow, crack or become opaque after months of UV exposure (cheap plastics). Not these!I had the prior generation with 3-LEDs at my prior home for over 5 years and never had to replace the batteries, getting a good 8-10 hours of runtime consistently with sunny day full charges, only falling short in dreary weather. The housing and the solar collectors stayed in good physical condition and did not degrade.I bought another set of these for my new property and have enjoyed their quality and performance. I recently bought this newer model with 4 LEDs and am even more impressed. They are slightly brighter, but it is noticeable, and they run even longer, outlasting the 3 LED model by over an hour of runtime (this is even comparing new battery to new battery in both models).I have mine mounted on PVC privacy fence surrounding my pool in an every-other 8ft panel pattern and they provide enough light to safely walk around the area without any additional lighting. These are the only solar power lights I've tried that I would recommend.

Works well and purchased more a few days later
The lights arrived as promised and installed easily on our newly stained fence. All the lights arrived charged and all worked right out of the box. Installation was easy with a cordless drill and screwdriver. An install tip, remove the back from one of the lights and use it as your template. Lights have stayed on for 8-10 hours after the first night. So far, works better than expected! As a bonus, the seller emailed me thanking me for the order and sent a follow up email to make sure everything was working and delivery went well. How great is that?

Loved them for 1 season, but cannot replace battery. They are disposable!?!
I bought the 10 pack of these lights last summer, they worked great, except for 1 which lost its charge quicker than the rest, but as I only paid around $40 for the lot, I let it go. This year, 4 of the lights are not working. I have had many solar lights in the past and know that they all have a rechargeable battery inside. I carefully opened each of these up to replace the battery, there is not an easy way to do this on these lights, but was happy to see they take AA rechargeable. Disappointed when none of them would work after being put back together. Apparently these lights are disposable.. I buy solar to be a friend to the environment, nog add to the garbage problem.

Love them.
An amazing deck light for its small size. These are not big lights but as I thought about it that doesn’t matter. It is the light that counts and they look beautiful on my deck. I don’t have them on my steps I wanted them for my deck. I didn’t bother screwing them down so they have just been set on the deck floor. I bought Velcro strips as my deck is windy but didn’t need them. Even though the light weighs nothing it is not moving. Super happy with them.

These were really easy to install
These were really easy to install, and illuminate the backyard and pathway great. Definitely worth the purchase. The seller was a pleasure to deal with.

Seems fine.
Smaller than expected...which was good for me. More discrete.I have only tested one so far as it is late in the season and I am waiting until next summer to install them all, but the one I tested was perfect and bright and as expected.

So far so good!
I am overall happy with product, although I won't be able to fully test them outside until spring when I attach them to our new deck risers. I have however charged them multiple times indoors (in a window) and they seem to hold their charge throughout the evening until early morning. One light does appear to be dimmer than the others, but it technically is an extra, as I only need nine, so I am not overly concerned.
