Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix - Make Corn Bread Quick and Easy, 240 g (6-Pack)

Lovely bread or muffins every time. So easy to use. My only “issue” is that it is so tasty that it’s really hard not to just eat it all as soon as it comes out the oven. Thick slices of warm cornbread slathered in butter, absolute bliss.

Great mix, I use this as a base for my sweet potato and bacon cornbread. You can use it as, still tasty and quick to make.

My whole family loves these corn muffins. I have tried repeatedly to replicate the quality from scratch, but I just can not get it right. The ones from scratch are nice, but nowhere near as nice as these. The texture is so much better with the Jiffy muffins. These are also much easier ot make. No weighing or measuring. Just dump the ingredients in a bowl, give it a quick stir , pour into a pan and bake. Start to finish takes about 15 minutes, and it really adds a special touch to things like stew, chilli, or even a roast dinner.

Exactly the same as the one in American Supermarkets.

Tastes great and just as my husband remembers, but on checking the ingredients saw that it has genetically modified ingredients so had to throw the remaining boxes out :-( Shame.
