I did not like this product; it arrived as a liquid and leaked out!

It was most likely the faulty packaging I received this item in. It was wrapped in plastic wrap that was saturated with oil and upon opening the tin realized there was no oil in there, just crystalized product. It's not good for anything, can't apply it, it's like working with candle wax. I was really excited to use this on wood and leather. No doubt it's a good product but watch that package job. Good luck!

Ordered this; it arrived completed oily and having leaked all through the Amazon box. It is very under filled as if it melted out and now there’s only a small amount of product inside the tin. This is not as advertised- avoid!!!

What it was meant for

This product is easy to use and gets good results. However, the shipping packaging was not secure enough to prevent leakage, so I lost about a third of the can when it leaked outside what looked like saran wrap around the container. I was doing an 84 inch long table and barely had enough to finish. The result, however, was dramatic and gorgeous. I would recommend the product but give a heads up to the seller that a more secure method of sealing the container (maybe clear packing tape around the rim of the lid?) is needed in warmer weather.

There is a real American-made company who make the real stuff called Wise Owl Paint. All of the listings for this stuff that has the black label is ripping off this company. The stuff from wise owl has a terrific smell and does not feel or look like what this crap is. Do yourself a favor and just don't. I bought one of these so I could directly compare the real from the fake. Some of them even call their product Wise Owl. They have stolen the photos and the description directly from Wise Owl Paint Co. This is pure garbage. The one on the left is fake, the one on the right is real.

Was melted, did not work as described

I was disappointed when I opened this package to find that a third of the container was melted and all over the packaging.
