Ecoflow and support
So my unit failed after a year. It just stopped powering on and it would not respond to any charging. I contacted Ecoflow and provided the details and they sent me a label to return it and even a box to put it in!! I sent it back and had some discussions back and forth. I have to say, they were prompt responding, and through answers. It was some of the best product support I have ever received! And finally yes, I got a replacement and it works great.Ecoflow support = A+Thank you.

very tiny BTU capacity
vanity item that performs well in very modest night time conditions. Perfect for Instagram photo opportunities.critical flaw: Wave 2 needs itself to be kept cool and will turn off when its top display panel is over heated due to direct sun or no sun and covered by insulation. In non-instagram photo opportunities this product is not capable of cooling consistently in any useful manner. Example: 10 sqft Promaster cab (partitioned from 70 sqft cargo area) residual heat at night takes 6+ hours to cool down below 80 deg F.

It works
After three calls to customer service due to poor written instructions, which is typical and many of this foreign made product, it finally was apparent that that there was a setting to drain the unit they could only be set via your app. It’s a little strange to me that they would allow you to manually set the unit drainage feature. Without you setting the drainage feature of the unit shuts off after a short period of use because of the typical water gathering of any air conditioner. also, the free cut out to put your two duck runs is cheap and useless. Go get a pair of air conditioning board from Home Depot and cut the size of your entire window out. Then trace the two holes or you’ll be so frustrated with this product you want to return it. Once you set up that airflow out the RV window. The unit operates properly. Our 20 foot camper was too big. For the year to handle, but most folks will use a smaller environment.

Ecoflow Wave 2
I was very hopeful the Ecoflow Wave 2 would work in my Coleman six man tent. From the photos you can see the results. If I am sitting in front of the cooling outlet I could feel the cool air coming from the unit. However the temperature in the tent remained about the same as the outside air, being in the mid eighties. Perhaps with a different setting (insulated camper, or small room, etc.) the results would have been better. The heat from the exhaust tubing was very hot and I am sure contributed to the units failure to cool in the tent. The Ecoflow was set at the coldest temperature and max output airflow. I have a 4Patriots Power Station with approx 760 Watts of power and an Anker C1000x with approx 2100 Watts of energy and the Ecoflow drains them both in four hours and twenty minutes. I have 400 Watts of solar panel but I needed a TX60 connector for my Anderson system which would have helped with the power on a sunny day. I did not opt for the battery pack that comes with the Ecoflow but I would have needed it if I chose to keep the Wave 2. The only way I see to use the Ecoflow in a tent heated my the sun is to rig an adaptor that fits inside a sleeping bag so the cooling air could be directed inside the bag. Lower power of the unit to Eco and even increase output temperature for comfort. Longer lasting airflow and comfort as long as your napping in your sleeping bag. Maybe even an adaptor that can supply air to two or three additional sleeping bags. However, to have about 6x8 cooling outlet trying to compete with a tent heated by the sun and hope to cool down was futile. The unit is well made and everything on the product worked, it just didn’t work for me as a tent camper! The night I unpackaged the unit and ran it for the first time the output cooling was 47.2 degrees. Impressive. The photos supplied shows the story in the tent. Also, in the cooling mode the water drain was not supposed to fill if the humidity is below 70 percent. As the humidity shows in the photo from our local airport we were at 46 percent and the unit filled with water and shut down after two hours and 19 minutes of usage. After draining the water the Ecoflow went back to work.

Impressive
This worked great for 16 hours straight for the back of my truck camper. It was outside sitting on a campsite slab. Rain came and poured very heavy. The unit and the power cord had no problem getting soaked, and kept on running the whole time.

False Advertising & Doesn't Cool
I had high hopes for this too and should have paid closer attention to the negative reviews. They were spot on. Plus all the advertising pics don't show the massive tubes that needed to be vented to the outside. How can that be allowed?? People that don't do the research and read the fine print will purchase and then realize it's completely different. Just look at the pics and tell me how convenient it's gonna be every time you want to keep the car cool...Even with the crazy expandable tubes (one large one for air intake and smaller for exhaust) stuffed outside the car window, this still can't keep up with a hot car. Not good when you are trying to keep your dogs safe and cool. After running an hour...the outside air is 85 degrees, the air output shows 76.2 and the inside ambient air shows 95.9! It started out at 92 went to 89 for a few minutes and just keeps climbing. better off just leaving the windows down!Don't bother with this product...it's not ready for prime time and they don't show how you truly need to hook it up! They need to stick with battery packs...those work.

Great product, weird shipping
Solid product, got confused with the shipping because they provided the wrong tracking. Costumer service helped a lot.
