Perfect
I have had to start taking my blood pressure daily per my doctor. This blood pressure machine has been the only one I have bought that is accurate.

Very convenient to have at home
Great little blood pressure monitor that we keep at home to use that is very user-friendly. As i'm approaching my 40s, all health related things become even more important and keeps my mind at ease knowing that I will try my best to be as healthy as possible by getting accurate readings of body levels. My family has had a history of having high blood pressure, so I'm glad to be able to check my own readings whenever I want without having to make an appointment to see my doctor. No frills, quick and easy readings then back into the box it goes until I need to use it again.

Helpful
I have to keep track of my blood pressure and how I'm doing with regard to my blood pressure meds. I have a wrist type cuff that isn't bad but I feel the upper arm cuffs are more accurate. And the ability to store many readings to evaluate my BP over time is a great added feature. This is easy to use and comfortable enough. So far it's seemed accurate as far as I can tell compared to my in office readings and those of the wrist cuff. The instructions were clear and useful. Easy to power using USB-C or batteries.A very helpful device and a good value, too.

Seems accurate
It's nice that you can use batteries (not included) or just plug it in. I managed to somehow drop this within two seconds so don't drop it, but it didn't break at least. The power cable is a normal usb type c cable and is 39 inches long. It doesn't have a brick, but everyone seems to have a usb brick these days so not a big deal. It's pretty consistent as long as I follow directions and don't move around while it's trying to get a reading. It takes the same amount of time as any blood pressure monitor, I'm just impatient. I also checked it against our office model and they were pretty close readings. The medical assistant advised me that within 5 units is considered a consistent reading, especially for the bottom number, so the device was approved. Apparently the differnt arm heoghts and positions can easy make the top numbers differ more than the bottom number. Just be sure to be seated, arm at heart height, put the cuff on correctly, and stay still. The readings were way off when I moved too much so don't do that. User error is common with this find of thing. Overall I was glad it is working well and my readings were good.

Works Great
Review for: Blood Pressure Monitors for Home Use, Upper Arm BP with Adjustable Large Cuff Fits Different Adult Arm Sizes, Automatic Electronic Digital High Blood Pressure Machine, Stores Up to 200 ReadingsI honestly think everyone needs a blood pressure cuff of these at home. And if your home doesn't have one, this one is great & affordable. It's super straightforward, gives clear readings, and can store readings (ONLY if you leave the batteries IN from my experience). The batteries are not supplied which is a bummer. The readings seem accurate according to my normal blood pressure. I love that it can be powered with a usb-usbc cable (though it is not rechargeable) so I don't have to waste batteries on something I don't use daily. Some tips - the arrow on the cuff should be pointed toward your fingers, centered on the underside of your arm (palm up you should be able to see the arrow). Palm up, rest arm on a flat surface, do not talk during reading, feet flat on floor. If the cuff is too large or too small for your arm it could result in an incorrect reading. Also the cuff should be tight enough to stay in place but not so tight that it hurts or cuts off circulation prior to inflation. Hope these help.

Simple and quick
The device and accessories, (hose/cuff) look to be good quality. The operation is fairly straight forward and is quick to simply take a blood pressure reading. The results after 2 days are consistent. The instructions are not ideal. Unit does not come with an internal battery so if you remove the batteries, all settings and memory are cleared. Unit allows you to capture 2 individual user blood pressure readings for saving / averages. To set up both users you are required to repeat entering year/date/time. Instructions do not state how to select which user you are taking reading for. We deciphered that when off, if you hit [SET] you can they use [MEM] to switch between user 1 or 2. You need to select [STOP] or hit [SET] repeatedly otherwise you go into/through year/date/time settings. This should be part of instructions. Unit comes with a USB cable but no electrical adapter. Instructions indicate to only use adapter that complies with IEC60601-1-2005. This apparently is some requirement for medical electrical systems. Unless seller plans to sell only through medical outlets with intended customer being medical institutions this information doesn't help general consumer. I tried with a USB friendly wall charger adapter, and it worked just fine. Seems to me if a particular adapter is a requirement, it should be included with product. Other than instructions not having a quality localization for English and the multiple user selection being awkward, the unit itself does a good job.
