I am a vanilla fanatic! When I came across this to use in my baking recipes along with my vanilla bean Kasey I was so happy! And boy does this add such a deep and intense vanilla flavour! This is a dry ingredient so you do not have adjust your recipe for the liquid content! I thought the price of the product was really fair! The color and smell are so rewarding and you really can tell by the touch, smell, and feel that the product is made of high quality beans. The size is very good and the effectiveness is amazing.

Using vanilla bean powder in lieu of vanilla, especially imitation vanilla, makes such a difference. Since there is no liquid, the powder is just pure concentrated vanilla flavor that can really enhance your cookies and drinks. I appreciate that this brand offers this in both a big bag or 2 bags. I throw one in the freezer until I use the other. Does it need to go into the freezer? No. It just needs to be stored in a cool dark place. My pantry would be fine but I have a shelf in one of my freezers where I keep my extra yeast and other baking items. I think it keeps them fresher. I'm not saying it does but I feel like it does.

Giving this five stars to bump up the review! Added one full tablespoon to my coffee and it is NOT pure vanilla!!!! Added NO FLAVOR!!! I bought some bunk powder! I am receiving answers to my questions, but they are AI answers. So nothing really real.

Very delicious additive to my coffee! I received the product having a small puncture in the packaging though. My reason for 4 stars only. I immediately transferred it to a plastic tub for safe storage. The quality was not compromised. It's definitely on my reorder list for coffee additives 😋

Never heard of this before but decided to try it as it is just pure vanilla. A little bit is perfect when I add it to my tea lattes. Much better flavor than standard liquid vanilla extract.

Vanilla flavor and smells are potent.

I think that everyone, even most children, can recognize the signature aroma of vanilla and the flavor that it imparts to foods in which it is used. That characteristic fragrance originates from one chief compound, called VANILLIN, and vanillin is the active ingredient in all vanilla products, whether they are natural or even “artificial” vanilla. The product sold here has no such fragrance. My nose, helped with 40+ years of cooking and just as many in a chemistry lab told me that immediately. If anything, the brown powder in the packet has a “woody” fragrance, or even a hint of mushroom, with a backnote that is a bit floral, but certainly not vanilla. I even mixed a bit with plain water. It did not dissolve but made a slurry, and the slurry had no vanilla fragrance notes, nor any vanilla taste. Moreover, in the slurry I did not see any of the characteristic black specks that we all recognize as vanilla, or even remnants of them. When I received the Order from Amazon, I also got an email message from the Seller, Orgfun, with a link they provided to use if I had any issues and an offer for refund if I was not satisfied. Well, I followed the link, and described the issue I had encountered with the product and asked if they had done any standard tests/assay to determine the vanillin content of their product. Crickets for more than 1 week. I followed up with 2 more inquiries and requested a refund as they had specified in their original reach-out. Again, crickets. No response at all to date, now 3 weeks since receipt of the Order. I finally opted to “Report Seller” to Amazon in the hopes that Amazon will be able to deal appropriately with the Seller as I don’t think that Seller should be selling this material and calling it “true vanilla powder” when it is anything but.

High quality product it is extremely aromatic and runs true to the natural product From a baking point of view it is so much easier to handle and adjust than liquid versions
