I gave it five stars, because it works really well. It's from a company that's been making him for a long time. Now I can't tell you it's better or worse than the other Chinese models which are cheaper, but I wanted to get one that at least had a good instruction set. It has a nice belt clip for wearing it and it has manual knobs which are somehow pretty cool. I'm not sure if this or the one with the naval battery is better, because I don't know how long they last. Now this is an American company, but it is made in China.

I works wonderfully well! As followup to Physical Therapy, I use this device about 5 times a week. It keeps the shoulder muscles loose and pain free when activities of daily living cause muscle stiffness. Very pleased with it.

this thing is great wife loves we had an earlier model For 6 years used it a lot didn't have rechargeable batteries in this one works just like the last one but has rechargeable batteries they really work good. would recommend to anyone who is looking for a tens unit

This unit is perfect!! I purchased this because of the charge feature by USB vs. batteries. My previous unit is 12+ years old. So excited for the new updated technology!
