Spiritual Counsels II: Spiritual Awakening

Such an amazing book! St. Paisios is such a wise saint and this book literally leaves me with eyes and jaws open during each part. It's not something meant to be read through quickly though. Lots of great advice and food for thought that takes time to digest and marinate. Haven't finished it yet but enjoying the spiritual journey it's been taking me on!

This book is beautifully written & applicable to the daily life of all Christians. St Paisios' cousels will always have invaluable benefits to those who read & follow them.

This book is a food for soul

All his books are amazing, and he recently has become a saint! Saint Paisios!

If you are uncertain on how to live your day-to-day life or have any questions at all weather big or small...just pick up a copy of these books and they will blow your mind. Such insight into the spiritual world and how it affects us in the day to day life. I read this series a few years ago and felt like he was teaching me a little mini lesson each day, "Today, dear, this is what you will work on." and it was easy and do able and so rewarding and joy filled. God used St. Paisios and his teachings to knock some good sense into my little peanut brain. Glory to God in His Saints!!!

I purchased spiritual awakenings for my son, he loved it
