This product is not an epilator as stated in the description. It is nothing more than a very compact shaver which I do not need. I'm very disappointed that the seller felt the need to try to fool people with their description of the product and will be shipping it back for a full refund today. I wouldn't even give this one star but Amazon requires me to choose a rating. As an epilator, It is zero start.

Love this no worries about cuts and handles the problem to hair removal anywhere

I tried to use it on my leg and it didn't take anything off. I tried the different heads and both didn't take off any hair. It seemed like the shaver wasn't getting any hair to take off. I had to press really hard on the head thinking it needed to be pressed down to shave, still no hair came off. Not sure what I was doing wrong that it wasn't working for me. Very disappointed.

This is great for shaving your arms. If you’re purchasing it to shave bikini area it doesn’t work well. One razor head does nothing the other one is too rough for delicate areas.
