Wonderful
I read the reviews on the stay wet pallets. The Masterson pallets that they sell at the art supply stores as well as on Amazon are nice, but a lot of people complained about how hard it was to get the lid on it. I didn't want to fight with it. This palette seals well but it's not hard to get the lid on. It's easy to use. I listen to the reviews and bought different pallet papers to put inside it. The reviews said that the pallet paper that comes with it was to thin. That was easy to fix. I love it.

Keeps paint useable for days
I purchased this wet palette for miniature and other model/hobby painting. It will also be handy for traditional acrylic painting. I am very impressed with the water membrane, and the amount of water it holds. Furthermore the work space is exceptional. Best of all, I've let it sit for days with paint in it, and it seals tight not allowing air in. Condensation actually collects on the lid because it's so well sealed. This is definitely one of the best hobby/art purchases I've made.

Wet pallet for painting!
Very nice pallet with sponge and paper included! Definitely keeps the paint wet enough to keep using for days! The top clamps on the bottom snugly to make it airtight! I squeezed the sponge out to lessen the amount of moisture in my paints on the paper so the paints don’t get runny! Love it !

Best ever for saving your acrylics.
Just wet the pad, but not saturated. It's been a month and still wet. I use paper plates and for my palette and kept it usable for 2 weeks.. I kid you not!

Clear top is the real winner!
When I'm working on larger projects with acrylics I need to mix the entire batch of paint at once since I struggle with consistent color mixing. I have one similar, but it's opaque plastic and the lid closes by lining up the entire lid (grooved) like a press and seal (different brand) -it's harder to seal and I can't see what paints I have mixed. (I use both so it's a good comparison). I put a piece of custom cut glass on top of the wet sponge because the paint gets runny with too much water in the sponge. I think the directions could recommend REALLY wringing out the sponge and gently wiping the wetted paper before mixing paint. The sponge should not be white. I couldn't tell I had not put paper down, so mixed paint right on sponge. It washed out well tho... that's the discoloring in the photo! ooops. The yellow sponge is the other product I like less.THe lid is easy to latch and seals well. IDK if they have a larger size, but if I replace my other one, I will use this brand.
