No more gross laundromats!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I'm very happy with this dryer!INSTALLATION: If you'd like to run your dryer on the ground level, set up is minutes to unbox the dryer, attach the simple hose to the back, plug it in, run it for a 5m warmup, and start drying your clothes! The wall mount appears very straightforward, though I haven't set mine up yet.APPEARANCE: I purchased the "gold" which in person is more of a smoky taupe color. It is important to note that under "CTT" clearly printed on the door (as shown in the picture) what is NOT shown in the picture is the tagline "Creative Moist Life" Yeah. I'm not kidding. It says that right across the door of this dryer. If you have no sense of humor, you may not want this dryer. The dryer itself was listed as 19.5" deep. It's also important to note that this measurement includes the door. The "box" itself is slightly smaller than that (because the door is convex, like a bubble that sticks out an inch or so). I still believe this model is the most attractive apartment model I have seen on the market. Its outside appearance is more like a high end appliance than a plasticky gimmicky cheap-looking white cube. It feels more like a real grown-up appliance for anyone without dryer hookups.PERFORMANCE: This dries my clothes in about 30m for an average load, and dries quietly! This is probably due to a number of replicable factors. I wash my clothes in the Haier portable washing machine (not affiliated with this brand). This takes about 30m per load. They then go into my Panda spin dryer (also not affiliated with CTT) for about 5m. The damp clothes then go straight into the dryer, in which I use dryer balls to further cut the dry time down to about 30m, or slightly longer with multiple towels. Many apartment dryer reviews claim these kinds of dryers take 60+ minutes per load. Please lengthen the life of your dryer by investing in an inexpensive spin dryer! I am convinced this makes all the difference. I have dried my king size duvet in this dryer. I am very happy with it so far! I use the "Quick Dry" setting only, and haven't found much use for the "air" or "delicate" settings. There is no automatic timer on this dryer. You will need to set an egg timer or keep an eye on your load to avoid overdrying your clothes. It is probably quite possible to buy a separate product which functions as a timed on-of outlet if this feature is important to you. Heat is vented out of the exhaust pump. This proved great in the cold mornings, as I could turn my heater off and my dryer doubled as a heater. When the afternoon heated up, I draped the exhaust out the window.COST: The jury is still out on how much it will raise the electric bill to run this machine, but I have reason to believe it does take up a great deal of power! The instructions recommend setting it up on its own outlet. I would go further and say it should be set up on a safety outlet (the kind with the reset buttons) or alone on a power strip with similar features. On day 2 of use, I made the mistake of running my small hair dryer at the same time as this dryer and blew a fuse that I had to call an electrician to replace because it completely broke and was not able to be flipped back on. Oops. I won't make that mistake again. To be fair, I live in a 100+ year-old tiny home in which the wiring is far from immaculately installed or maintained. All in all, I'm just incredibly glad to skip the awful laundromat trips! The dryer keeps up with my washer without issue, dries my clothes and linens to a fluffy, cozy consistency, was a snap to set up, looks attractive, and is well worth the added cost to my electric bill.

Owned for over a month works great!
It works, it makes noise sometimes, but thats probably from using it non stop after work for hours at a time. Few days after owning and running this, it hardly ever makes a sound like it did when i first got it. I had to update this review. Its so worth it. Fingers crossed for long-term use with this. Ive read its a pain in the but to get customer service for this item. Just hope you wont have to use it. Keeps the loads light and it dries quick. Dont over load, underload is best.

Make sure others aren’t having problems
Purchased in April 2018: I think I got one from a bad batch. Went bad a month after I got it. It would shut off after five minutes and I would have to unplug it to reset 10 times during drying. Only worked on tumblr (no heat). Couldn’t reach manufacturer for repair or replacement. Thankfully, I purchased insurance. I think it would have been a good product, not sure what happened.

Box was opened?!? So weird!
So my dryer was MIT (missing in Transit lol) and when I did recieve it finally, the box had been opened and contents have been removed and replaced (the cord isn’t in the box right, it’s obvious someone took it out and put it back in). I’m waiting for my daughter to get home to hold the camera. I’m going to film while I take it out for the 1st time, I’ll upload and update... crossing my fingers!Update: the cord was damaged but no dents or scratches. I was pleasantly surprised when everything seems to be working perfectly as well! I was told sometimes the post office opens things for safety checks. Maybe my box was randomly selected, idk.I would recommend this dryer. Works great!!!!

Tiny But Mighty!!
Bought this amazing lil dryer to go with my Midea 1cf automatic washer and it's fantastic. The size ratio of washer load to dryer load is perfect. It heats up nicely and dries in good time. I've washed and dried a queen size duvet with no problem. It dries jeans and towels just like a regular sized dryer. My Midea spins out the clothes very well so I'm sure this helps. If you love tiny home living but hate not having a washer n dryer...this may be your answer. My tiny washer fits in my tiny bathroom and hooks up to my bathroom sink. This lil dryer is in my shed. Had the electrician run a 110 outlet. I love that it reverses rotation to keep clothes from getting tangled. This also helps decrease the drying time. It dries based on the wetness of the clothing and shuts off when it detects that they're dry. I am diligent about cleaning the filter each time and use a 2 inch soft paintbrush to assist. I am one happy camper to never see the inside of a laundrymat again and to never again have to wait to hang my clothes out because of weather. I highly recommend this dryer. This little gem has changed my life 😊

I wish I could thank you for an awesome product but I'd be LYING
I'd be lying to state your product was fabulous when the fact IS, it's going to be staying in the box. Even as badly as I need it, I just can't. I hope you can replace this item very, very soon. There's snow on the ground & I have no clothesline & I need dry clothing & other items! I was so excited when this item arrived today thinking it wouldn't be long & I would have my laundry caught up! Boy. What a disgusting disappointment to open the box to find a smashed piece of equipment! If you want this...this... THING back that's ANOTHER strike against our once very, very happy little existence we once shared. Because I have no vehicle right now to get this appliance anywhere to ship it! I have never been so glad in my LIFE to have NOT cut the box open before looking inside!I will, however, be keeping the plastic bag. THAT I do have a use for.

Disappointed in performance
Mediocre performance. Even small loads jeans wrinkle. My Magic Chef 2.6 capacity never wrinkled clothing even in larger loads and it was a smaller dryer. In hindsight, should have kept the Magic Chef.
