Who can afford to eat steak these days? I bought these as general-use knives because the six-inch Henckels knife in our drawer gets more use than any other three knives combined. Pairing knives are too small, and butcher knives are too big. The BEZIA five-inch non-serrated knives work perfectly for most general-use cooking needs.At this price point, the full-tang, three rivet, "German" steel (whatever that means) knives seem to be a tremendous value. I only hand-wash knives, because even one trip through the scalding hot water in the dishwasher can ruin them. So far I have been very happy, and hope they last a long time.///CAUTION\\\ Reviewers are not kidding about these knives being scalpel-sharp right out of the box. You need to treat them with respect, because they will bite you.

I'm super impressed with these knives. They are really sharp, a good weight, well balanced, fit nicely in my knife block and my hand, and can be used for much more than steak. If you want super thin slices of apples or peaches or potatoes or cucumbers or onion or anything..these knives do a great job. They are on par with using a mandolin slicer. Absolutely 100% worth the money.

Haven't had them long enough to say much, other than that they are razor sharp. Like cut your finger to the bone sharp.

Expensive for us but so glad I got them. They are really sharp and cut easily and has comfortable easy grip handle. I will probably order again.
