I have used this product for over two years. They are easy to digest, I take one each morning.

Best probiotic!
I use this for gut maintenance and to restore gut flora after antibiotics. I can always tell they make me feel better. Recently, after chemo I had a fever to spike. Took 5 at a time then opened up 3 more to allow the probiotics into stomach as they normally open in intestines. My fever left after about an hour. This happened 3 different times. Saved me from emergency room visits as it is very dangerous for chemo patients to get a fever.

Probiotic storage
I've been using this product for many years and have always been told to refrigerate it. This is the first time it was mailed without a cold pack. Since it is recommended the product be refrigerated Im very skeptical as to whether the probiotic is still ok to take.
