It’s soooo convenient because we don’t have to go to the store as often to buy almond or oat milk, she whips up a batch whenever we need it, and the taste is amazing compared to store bought versions. It’s easy to use, and cleaning it is simple. Definitely a game changer for our kitchen.

We were immediately worried with this machine right out of the box. On the display/button pad was a sticker that said pull to remove. We did that and it just pulled the entire display panel off where you could see the circuit board and the wires connecting the display panel to the machine. The pull tab was supposed to remove a plastic film, not the entire display panel.The next issue was that the directions are absolutely non existent. It says to choose the program you want and press start, but there is no explanation of what the programs will do or how long they will take. When you select one of the menu items, a number will display but there's no rhyme or reason as to what these numbers mean. For example sometimes it'll say 20 or 100 or 11. But it doesnt stay on for 20 seconds or 20 minutes, so the number is completely meaningless and references something I have not been informed of.This was problematic for example when I went to make oat milk. You're supposed to only blend for 30 seconds but there was no way to set it to have that actually happen. I also tried to make porridge and it heated it for a while, but it didn't do much else. That could be fine, but it's just not clear what it's doing or how to use each of the functions.It smells like bandaids when going through it's self-cleaning cycle. Very off-putting and concerning.I've only had this for 24 hours. I attempted to use it for the 3rd time this morning and it just died. It doesn't respond to any button presses at all. Does absolutely nothing. It's unusable essentially immediately.It's also worth mentioning that the recipes inside the manual do not even apply to the specific machine this manual belongs to. This nut milk maker has a capacity of 4 cups, but most of the recipes called for 6 cups of liquid, making them not suitable for this machine.Overall, I'm extremely disappointed. This is truly terrible quality and I definitely do not recommend anyone buy it.

Item did a great job making almond milk, and smoothies using frozen fruits. Love the convenient timer feature that allows me to have hot water ready in the morning for tea or coffee.The inside is stainless steel so no worries about microplastics and other chemicals leaching out. Be sure the lid is on correctly otherwise the safety feature will prevent the unit from working.

Tried making almond milk and some dairy free milk with Pistachios. Delicious! Good quality product. I like how it comes with the reusable cheese cloth / nut milk bag. Very useful and easy to use! Recommend this seller 👍🏽

This nut milk maker was great for the 3, 4 times it was used. It is somewhat noisy when grinding the soybeans (can be heard throughout the house), but as the cycle only lasts 20 mins, we did not consider this a big deal.The main issue we had is the device stopped working after less than 5 uses; it simply stopped mid-cycle, and would not start working no matter what we tried.We unsuccessfully tried to contact the seller / maker about a warranty, but in the end it was Amazon graciously reimbursed the product (we were just slightly over the return window).
