This mulberry scent is so good at eliminating (or hiding, if that's how you want to see it) the smell. On the short term, good at breaking down the solids, too. I'm currently repairing/remodeling my travel trailer home so I have a couple of issues to be dealt with at the same time - only electrical hook-up available and no lights to make it legal to take to the dump station. I'm using 'portable facilities' that have to be emptied every 2-3 days and this works great for me. I ran out and before I could order more I got some Walex Bio-Pak, which is USELESS. In a 4gl container, 3 packets won't hide the smell or do a decent job of breaking down the solids - I can't imagine using only 1 packet in a 40gl tank . . .I've learned my lesson, my Firebelly Outfitters Mulberry scent will be here in 4 days - not soon enough! I'll never run out again!!

We have been using Firebelly for about 4 years. We just open The last package we received and ever package was melted together. We lost about 4 pouches pulling them apart. It is the first time the stuff has been delivered in this condition. But the product is nice when it’s not delivered in the condition it was.

I purchased this item for ease of use on a long boat trip. The first week, when the temps were in the 70's all of the individual bags of chemicals melted together into one big blob. I tried cutting them apart to be able to use them but this resulted in messy blue dye getting everywhere. Now that I'm back from my trip I will either throw these away or possibly try to cut open the packs and place the granules in plastic to scoop out for use.

These little pods are amazing! I purchased them because I was getting a funky smell from the black tank in our RV. I've been using a powder form for treatment in the black tank but it obviously wasn't doing the job. These are so much easier to use since you just toss them in AND they've handled my smelly issue. The mulberry scent is really great too, not too potent and becomes completely neutral after putting it in your tank. I love the packaging as well, it fits perfectly under my bathroom sink for easy access. Also, having 20 pods for this price is a better deal compared to what I was paying for with my powdered treatment. This is officially my go-to product for my black tank!

I usually love this product how ever my last order has not stood up to past performances.. could be a bad batch I will order again because normally it is perfect covers that horrible black water tank smell and doesn't stink itself. hopefully my next order will be better thus the 3 stars
