Lots of research, quick cheaper fix. hesitant at first, happy now
Worth the buy. Have well water and figured for $400, lets try it. Well, skins felling nice. Not amazing and super soft, but can definately feel a difference for the better. For a quick, cheaper fix then what all the other systems are going for, this was worth the buy.

Doesn't ship complete
Only received a filter without the housing. Not very happy when my delivery confirmation shows I recieved the whole unit and I paid 292.00 for it.

would recommend!
After a few visits from my plumber, finally got it figured out without any disruptions in water pressure. Water seems softer: fewer spots on shower doors and glassware; skin not as dry. This is for a 4 person household. would recommend!

I ordered this item twice. The description shows it is the casing and filter but I only received the filter.....Twice!!
