This helmet saved my life. I was going 28 MPH in a criterium when someone ran into me and forced me to go over the handlebars and hit my head and shoulder. Helmet cracked and absorbed most of the impact. In Arizona, there is no law against not wearing helmets but that is crazy, protect your head!.I just ordered a replacement helmet.

Fantastic Helmet for the Price! I have a big head with fluffy hair. This helmet is not only comfortable, but the color helps with visibility during my commute. The padding is incredibly nice, as it is all over the inside of the helmet, and with my fluffy hair, none of the velcro is showing, which is paramount, or the helmet would not work for me. After riding for just a little bit, I did not even notice I was wearing the helmet, it was that comfortable. I highly recommend this helmet if you are looking for something to ride your bike, and like me, you are just figuring out what works for you, and want to be seen. The lime color is bright, and the other drivers WILL see you... which is perfect, by the way. Thank you, GoMax, and Amazon for providing such a wonderful product!

Bought this helmet some weeks ago, very stylish, affordable, and comfortable. I live in West Virginia, PLENTY of steep hills.So rolling full speed 25-30mph reaching the bottom of a hill, suddenly a deer jumps from the bushes and proceeds to run me over like an NFL linebacker.As I tumble down the road, first to hit was my elbow (dislocated), next was my head smacking the ground. The pictured bruising does not even hurt. The helmet took all of the force and I am so thankful!!! Will look to purchase again when I’m capable of riding again!

I ordered a Medium size helmet and was disappointed when a Large showed up. So tried it on anyway, and it fit perfect. I have a 22 inch skull so am right between their size chart. I love this helmet, its bright enough for traffic visibility though it could probably be a little brighter, not as fluorescent as I was hoping. The entire inside has padding, so its really comfortable, my Bell helmet hurts my head because its not padded and irritates my bald head. The visor is a little weird with holes you can see thru, I may glue some felt under that but its no big deal. The back of the helmet has room enough to put an LED flasher back there if you velcro it on, which I did as I right at dusk alot and try to be super visible on my recumbent trike. The twist knob makes a nice tight fit, and its all easy to adjust, other reviewers are right, this more helmet for the money than any helmet I've seen! Get one you won't be disappointed.

The helmet fit very well, adjusts easily, sits on the head comfortably, and was able to fit a 12 year old as well as an adult. The LED tri-bulb light in the back (doubling as the size adjuster knob) is a great safety feature. The helmet is well constructed, and the padding (which, though I am not looking at it at the moment, I do believe is one piece, akin of tentacles spreading from the forehead to top and sides) is a nice feature, and well made as well. I appreciated the chin protector sleeve. Always thumbs-up for the visor.At the end, it was a choice of comfort and fit between this and another helmet, and, as mentioned before, as it was "appropriated" by the aforementioned 12 year old, I purchased another one from GoMax (all black this time, so as not to confuse the owners...).Would recommend - great price, made well, and should do the job splendidly!

I purchased this helmet as a gift for my sister in law but wasn't quite sure it would fit her as her noggin' is small. When it arrived I tried it on and it fit my gigantic (size 7 3/4") cranium so I was skeptical that the helmet would fit her (it is adjustable) without her looking like an Alien Xenomorph from the movie. Needless to say it fits her perfectly and she just looks like a bicyclist wearing a helmet so it ended up being a great buy at the price and an amazing gift for an avid cyclist. There are a lot of adjustments you can make and it has a removable visor, seemingly comfortable chin strap (I only wore it in my home and not on a ride) and plenty of ventilation.

Great Stuff and I'm VERY pleased with it! I've been shopping for the best helmet that money can buy and I think I found the perfect one! It's very light and fits comfortable around my head so much so that I barely feel I'm wearing it. And the vibrant orange colors helps you stands out and probably will help rescue helicopter to spot me easily when I'm down.. LOL. Built quality is SUPERB. No one will suspect that you paid $24 for it seriously! Great padding inside helmet keeps my shaved head feels cushy and dry. I can feel the breeze coming in through the holes and surely it helps my head cool. Highly recommend! Hands down.
