Es un buen té antigripal, no me hace envidiar en lo absoluto a los teces dominicanos, en lo personal suelo hacer un té de hojas y luego le echo esto, no suelo ponerlo simplemente en agua.

I am not a very good sleeper due to always having a stuffy nose, and sometimes I need something to help. I take this about an hour before bed and sleep at least 6 to 7 hours! Works great!
