Very good flavor
This is the way to take shilajit! This was pleasant and a treat. I usually don't like shilajit just because it is so hard for me to handle the taste. But this made it enjoyable. Kids loved it!

Nosebleeds
I love this & all its benefits. However, since taking it I have terrible nosebleeds which have never been an issue before. I stopped taking them for 4 days & the nosebleeds stopped. I then reduced my doseage to 1/4 of 1 gummy and the 6th day in I had another nosebleed lasting 15+ mins. My husband takes them with zero issues. Just to add I don’t take any other bloody thinners - I guess they’re just not for me.
