I’ve had this printer for about 9 months now and love it! The print quality has been great, easy to use and maintain. Any issues I’ve ran into, support is fast to respond and continue helping until the issue is resolved. Colors are vibrant and the prints seem to last well over several washes!

Even though I’ve only had this machine for a couple of weeks, I can confidently give it a five-star review. This is my third L1800 DTF printer—and my first from Lancelot—and it is by far the best-built machine I’ve used. I absolutely love the setup, especially the ink modulation system and the flexibility of the paper feed, whether using rolls or single sheets. The print quality is outstanding—easily the best results I’ve achieved so far. As with any new equipment, there were a few startup issues, but the tech support team was exceptional. They knew exactly how to address each glitch and made the process smooth and stress-free. The included laptop is also very user-friendly, with clear on-screen instructions that make operation simple. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with this printer and the support behind it.

Extremely easy to set up. You contact them and they help you set it up step-by-step and the directions are extremely clear. It is a 24 hour service and they answer my questions very fast and efficiently. I couldn’t recommend it enough. I’m super happy with my purchase.

This printer, oven, laptop combo is very nice. It was fairly easy to set up. Any questions I did have, I was able to message with support for help. They use the WhatsApp for communcation and it's been so helpful. The software that came on the laptop is easy to use. The prints are very vibrant. So far I'm loving this machine and the product it produces.

I cannot recommend enough that you stay away from this product. We purchased this in November 2025 for our small shop. Initially, it worked great. I don't love that to do anything you have to let them on your computer, but it worked, the colors were vibrant and we ran into minimal issues. One month later, we started having the same issues REPEATEDLY such as the waste ink pad counter saying it was full, our print nozzle checks missing massive amounts of segments and then the latest in early March, the white going outside the image where it shouldn't. Each time we connect with chat, they speak to us like we are beneath them. It can never, EVER, be the printer's fault and must always be user error. Instead of solving the root cause of the issue, they look for bandaids. For instance, with our excess white, we repeatedly requested they walk us through a print head alignment after speaking to many experts about it who all agreed it was out of alignment. Lancelot techs continuously told us that was not the case and that it was either a) our files b) our settings or c) our transfer film not having enough excess looped down. We tried all of these without success and each time requested a print head alignment. It is not an exaggeration for me to say that it took us 3 days of pleading for them to finally agree and it fixed our issue immediately. Today, we yet again have an issue with our waste ink pad counter. We followed the steps we have done every time (at this point we are doing it on our own every 2 weeks) and ran into an issue where the program will not reset and just goes to not responding. Instead of being helpful, the service techs are again enforcing that it is clearly something we are doing. Instead of being polite and helpful they are sending us messages say "100% failure" to what we are trying. please, please, please. I urge you to just get a US based product if that's where you are.

The things that you can make off of this printer is amazing set up was pretty simple. It came a few days earlier than expected. Had a few snags getting set up initially, but was no issue and I’m far from tech smart I only had an issue one time and customer service was fast to help me out and got it solved quickly. Wasn’t an issue with the printer, but just because I don’t really know about printers and Texter, but they walked me straight through it and got it took care of and now I was back at it in no time I would highly recommend this once you do your first print you will know exactly what you’re doing and then it is a breeze if you are a small business this is the perfect printer for you and customer service. Will get you together. Anytime you need assistance. I’d like to say thank you to Levi because Levi made it a quick and painless fix when I needed help. The quality is great. Haven’t had no issue with it runs like a charm. For the money, I believe it’s a great value. It was a little bigger than I expected, but then again I didn’t know what to expect.

The delivery was smooth, I was excited to receive this bundle, to take my hobby/business to the next level. Set-up was not difficult, the first test print came out great. I had to learn how to edit the image to fit the screen and size it well. O did figure that out. Then I did a test print the next day and the ink was just wet with no white ink coming out for the overlay. I had to contact tech support and they were amazing to walk me through and look at the settings to figure out what the issue was. Whatever they did the second print worked and the image came out great, but tech support will be available if any other issues arise. I have had my printer for just over a year and I’m loving it. I have made tons of prints and still have quite a bit of ink left. The Lancelot customer service team that help setup and help with any issues is amazing. They have helped me so much with small steps I got a little lost on. I would definitely recommend this printer!

Ca fait une semaine que je l’ai reçu et je dois dire qu’elle fonctionne vraiment très bien. Je n’ai eu aucun problème à la mettre en marche. Je vais réévaluer dans 1 mois environ.
