I've had this for a few days now and so far it's been great. Its well built and very sturdy. It's very easy to use and definitely gives you a work out. It does tend to squeak when using it. I tried to lubricate but it didn't help. The peddles are a little difficult to adjust. I still haven't quite got the hang of that yet. The counter is about as accurate as the counter on any other exercise equipment. I've been using it every other and let me tell you.....my legs be screaming when I'm done. I was a little hesitate to get it at first because I'm a big girl but we will see how this holds up. If I have any issues, I will come back and revise my review after a couple of weeks

Bought this for my wife just for some home workouts. she absolutely loves it! lightweight and portable. easy to stow away. Very quiet when using and the adjustability of the machine makes everything so much better. Best bang for your buck right here. performs great.

Nice addition to home gym!

I bought this and I was really excited. Honestly it really sucks. The first few times I used it were okay. It was easy to get going. However now it won’t stay at the height I set it to and it starts falling making smaller steps even when the knob is tight. It’s also extremely loud and squeaky. After further investigation it’s actually bent in the middle and literally cracking. I am well under the weight limit. This product is not sturdy and is cheap. I’m very disappointed. This is after a week of use.

I needed cardio... its compact and I can take it anywhere ... the treads are very secure and comfortable. It is super quiet and so easy to use . Adjusts quickly. Very valuable for a great workout!

For those of you looking to release the steps - turn the black knob in the middle of the steps to the right. Kinda crazy there’s no instructions on this. I eventually figured out . You gotta turn it like 15-20 times probably So it works well initially but after a week - it squeaks like crazy and the bolts keep coming loose every few days where the hydraulic connect . It’s also hard to put the nuts back on without having a ratchet set

This stepper is easy to use. It’s heavy but sturdy. I use it on rainy days or days I just don’t have time to leave the house before it’s dark. Even 10-15 mins a day will have you sweating. Product was as described and came with the mat to protect the floor.
