it's incredible that a mug would be discolored from coffee. Sent it back.

I like to brew one k-cup before grinding and using a French press for my additional cups of the morning (need one to wake up with LOL) and I like a bigger mug as I brew the 12oz size and this fits the bill.I really like this particular dark blue with white specks and the etching of the Nevada and wolf are very nicely done! I hand wash my mugs but I may start throwing this in the washer just to see how the etching/laser engraving holds up over time as I believe it said it was dishwasher safe. I'll double-check it to see. But then again, saying it's dishwasher safe doesn't mean any coloring/designs etc... will hold up over time.If you like a slightly bigger mug and are a collegiate fan - these are a great pickup. Holds the heat about the same as other mugs that I use from what I can tell and is decently made.

I was rather surprised to find a Southern Illinois University logo on any item not sold exclusively in the SIU bookstore. While the Salukis are not unknown in the world of NCAA athletics, they're not exactly Michigan or Alabama. As an SIU alum, I jumped on this mug as soon as I saw it. (There can't be a large inventory.) The body of the cup is solid, and the maroon color is right, but the etched initials and dawg head are pretty rough edged. Also the diameter of the base is significantly smaller than the lip, making it a bit tippy. Nevertheless, I'm keeping it. GO DAWGS!

The school logo and font is exactly as I remember it. the cup is nice and big and the handle is comfortable. A nice thing about this mug is the school logo is embossed, not just a printing.

This cup is pretty cool.Looks really nice, love the logo.The delivery, packaging & speed were all good.No complaints, all up sides.
