⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product & Outstanding Customer Service I purchased the Waterdrop Mega Instant Electric Water Filter Jug (6L), but unfortunately the first unit I received was not working. I contacted Waterdrop customer support Executive Harper,and I was very impressed with their response. They issued a replacement unit very quickly, and on top of that, they included two extra filters absolutely free. The new unit works perfectly. The water tastes clean, fresh, and clear, with no bad smell or chlorine taste. It gives real confidence knowing it helps reduce lead, mercury, PFAS, PFOA/PFOS, and other impurities. The product itself is very useful for daily use, and the customer service is excellent, fast, and professional. Because of both the product quality and the support I received, I strongly recommend Waterdrop to anyone looking for a reliable water filter system.

I’ve been using the Waterdrop dispenser for a few months and really like it. It’s easy to use and the water tastes great. I had a small issue with my unit and reached out to customer support, and Harper was incredible from start to finish. They replied quickly, explained everything clearly, and sorted it all out straight away. They even sent some extra filters as a gift, which was such a nice touch. It’s rare to see customer service this good. The product itself is brilliant, and the support team clearly cares about their customers. Thanks again to Harper for all the help!

I bought this water filter expecting it to reduce impurities and improve water quality, but the results were completely opposite. I measured the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS/PPM) of my tap water before and after filtering, and here’s what I found: • Tap water PPM: 385 • After filtering: 415 Instead of reducing, the PPM actually went up by 30 points! That means the filter is either adding something to the water or not working at all. I ran the test multiple times to be sure, and the readings were consistent. The taste of the water also didn’t improve — in fact, it felt a bit heavier or mineral-like after filtering. For a product that’s supposed to purify water, this is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this filter to anyone looking for cleaner, purer water. Definitely not worth the money.

Estoy encantada con ella💝. Por fin, un agua del grifo sin ese olor a cloro. Compré la de 6 litros, porque bebemos bastante y por lo de que los filtros, duran 3 meses. Pero eso, depende del agua. En mi zona, en otro pueblo cercano, a una amiga, le duraban los filtros 15 días( pero otra jarra, no esta marca). Aquí hay muchísima cal. Mi vecino bebe directo de grifo y está sano, y yo con piedritas en riñón bebiendo embotellada🤣🤣🤣💃. Pero, el ahorro de botellas, viajes y plástico contaminante, no tiene precio. Me gusta mucho el sabor y noto que me sienta muy bien. Realmente, nos hinchamos a microplásticos....

Excelente filtro de agua con gran capacidad y con sabor de agua muy buena. Duración de la batería tiene ya dos meses y aún no he tenido q cargarlo. Muy contentos.

Ho acquistato questa Waterdrop Mega elettrica e, dopo averla usata per un po’, posso dire che è un prodotto davvero valido. Capacità molto grande: La caraffa ha una capacità di circa 27 tazze (~6 litri), quindi non devo riempirla continuamente — ottima per la famiglia o per usi frequenti. Filtrazione certificata: Il filtro è certificato NSF/ANSI 42, 53, 401 e 372: riduce più di 30 sostanze, tra cui cloro, piombo, PFAS come PFOS/PFOA. Lunga durata del filtro: Il filtro dura fino a ~200 galloni (circa 3 mesi), a seconda dell’uso. Uso elettrico comodo: Ha un pulsante “one-touch” per erogare l’acqua elettronicamente, senza dover sollevare la caraffa piena. Batteria duratura: La batteria integrata dura circa 30 giorni con una singola carica. Sicurezza: Materiali BPA-free, e la parte elettrica ha grado di impermeabilità IPX5, quindi è abbastanza resistente a schizzi d’acqua. Manutenzione semplice: Pulizia abbastanza semplice: la caraffa va lavata regolarmente, ma la parte elettronica deve essere pulita con un panno umido, non immersa. Ho scelto questo modello dopo aver valutato anche altre opzioni, qualità prezzo ottima. Adesso finalmente non devo più caricarmi le casse d’acqua.

Seitdem wir das Waterdrop zuhause haben kann ich sagen das unser Leitungswasser endlich wieder schmeckt und keine "Nebenwirkungen" mehr hat. Wir haben recht alte Leitungsrohre im Haus, hinzu kommt das unser Wasser aus dem Wasserwerk des öfteren mehr nach Chlor schmeckt als es woll sollte. Wir hatten erst das Filtersystem von einer anderen bekannten Marke aber die "Dame" arbeitet bei weitem nicht so gut wie Filterdrop. Wir haben beide Wassersorten nach dem Filtern geschmacklich / optisch verglichen und hatten sogar die Möglichkeit einen Geschmackstest /Vergleich mit Bergquellwasser zu machen. Fazit das Filterdropwasser kommt am nächsten. Besonders geeignet wenn man eh schon genug Probleme mit den Magen hat. Das Gerät tropft nicht. Das Aufladen der Funktionstaste geht schnell und muss man vielleicht so alle 4 Wochen machen. Filter einsetzen/tauschen funktioniert Kinderleicht. Ersatzfilter sind leicht zu bestellen da im Gerät ein QR Code direkt zu den gewünschten Filtern nach Amazon sich befindet. Das einzige Minus der Nachfülldeckel hätte die Öffnung andersherum angebracht bekommen sollen. Da könnte Waterdrop noch Abhilfe schaffen.
