Nice weight, stiff yet comfortable. Easy to do up via the pin-less buckle and long, wide, Velcro strap. The size Large, fits a 98cm waist done up at it's tightest. My husband wears his over his working shirt and it doesn't slip or ride up. He uses it for lifting bags of cement which are difficult to get a grip on and lift 'properly' due to their awkward size. Surprised more people don't use them in a workplace environment as well as in their recreational time. Their use would cut down on that common workplace ailment - the bad back! My husband finds it most useful when working in the garden, especially on his ride-on mower. It supports his back during long periods of mowing the grass. The mower bounces about and this jars his back without the belt.

Bought for my 19year old son. He's 6' and has a waist 31" - I bought a size small and it fits him perfectly.He's a proper gym monkey and he's super pleased.This was delivered very quickly and for the money this is no brainer.

This is an excellent quality item but be careful with the sizing. I went for the XL size which is supposed to be for waist 41''- 46'' (my waist is 42''- 44'' depending on dietary discipline lol). However, the belt was nowhere near big enough. Rather than return it I had it altered and now it works perfectly (it put 10 kg on my squat and deadlift immediately). So something to bear in mind if you are my kind of size looking at this..

This was my first weight training belt I bought about 18 months ago, recently shrank out of it and bought a more serious bit of kit, but I'd be happy to recommend this to anyone as a basic belt.I used the belt 2-3 times a week for the 18 months, I was squatting 160kg and deadlifting 180kg and it's pretty much as good as the day I bought it.Very comfortable (as belts go), easy to use, great value for money.

One of the biggest things that put me off getting myself a belt was where I'd store it. I've been training for 5 years now and head to the gym straight after work, so I need to be able to fit all of my equipment inside my bag.This belt has exceeded all expectations - in fact I didn't even expect it to fit. For that reason, I am incredibly happy as I can now continue to progress with my powerlifting (to which I came to a standstill due to requiring a belt).Very happy customer.(P.S. I've been training for sometime now and have come to a time where I want to increase the weight I lift. Primarily, I decided to buy a belt due to my squat wieght increasing thus feeling the pressure of the wieght in my lower back. Hence,to be safe when I lift I wanted to get a belt that would provide adaquate support to this lower back area.I shopped round and stumbled upon the Elite Body Squad which I recognised as a brand due to positive past experience. I originally had a quality leather belt, but my increasing waistline needed me to purchase a new belt. I had my doubts about this belt as it was not leather, but those doubts were soon dispelled the moment I put the belt on and used it. This is a superb weight lifting belt and I can highly recommend it to you.

I bought this belt to use at work as I work in a brewery which involves a lot of lifting (heavy barrels etc) and usually I'd suffer with a bad back after each day (I'm only 22 as well!) been using this now for about a week and the tension is off my back and knees which is a massive relief!! my arms are the only thing aching after work now which is way better than a bad back. Great belt, comfy and compact.
