In the end if you don’t spend money towards your health you will end up paying Pharmaceutical industry. So yes this dehumidifier is simple put fantastic . After searching and reading a lot I went for this one . None of others offers 6 L tank at this price range and covering area at the same price range or even higher up . Efficiency, noise level , build quality, ease of emptying, humidity level, Efficiency = top notch Noise level = reduced, can’t even hear it as I keep it next door. Powerful enough to keep all the flat under control. Build quality = plastic ,but looks very very good and never gives you the impression of something cheap . Although is heavy enough as it is . You don’t need any extra kilos. And I think this is what they had in mind when made it this way. Ease of emptying = as easy as ABC . You just pull out the tank . The handle which seats flat inside while the tank in operation, you lift it up and there you go . Humidity level = well again this unit once set it up to the humidity level desired then ( I keep it at 50 ) you don’t have to worry. Starts and stops by itself. Bonus ** = has a setting for drying your clothes indoors. You get clean , filtered air thanks to a powerful filter right at the back above the water tank. Bye bye breathing polluted air or sneezing when to much pollen indoors from outside.

Got this on a deal. It works well, does what it’s supposed to do. Great size water tank. But it’s very noisy, I can’t sleep with it on, so consider other options if you want to run it all night, it’s quite a lot louder than a refrigerator for example. The instructions are absolutely awful too. But it works… that’s the main thing.

Item looks good, easy to move around .water bottle easily removed to empty . Seems to be doing the job intended but only used twice so far ... the noise level varies as to the setting req but it's not annoying. Would recommend to others .

This Nyxi home dehumidifier certainly does what it says on the box. I purchased this in mid November 2025. It's now mid December 2025, so I have been using it most days for one month now. I mainly use it to take the moisture out of the air when I need to dry my washed clothes in the house as the weather is too wet outside. I have also used it in my kitchen when I have been cooking. It certainly pulls the moisture out of the air and reduces the relative humidity in the room. It has a colour indicator to show the level of humidity, which is a good idea. Colour red is when the humidity is 70% and above It also has a digital reader that shows the humidity percentage as well. The large 6.5ltr tank is a bonus and easy to remove and empty the water. I read in a few of the reviews by previous customers about how noisy the unit is. And it is quite noisy. But it has a "sleep" function on it to reduce the noise. It does reduce it a bit, but keep in mind that it's not totally silent. Still, this doesn't bother me as I had never intended to use it in my bedroom while sleeping. Handles. These are inserted at the sides of the unit. They are not the best designed, as when lifting the unit your fingers could slip out of the inserts. Maybe the handles would have been better if they could flip outwards and on hinges. But hinges would have to be strong as this is a heavy unit. Saying that. I only need to lift it over the threshold plate at the doorways around my home as when I'm moving it to another room in the house I use the wheels which are great. If the noise level doesn't bother you, then this is a great little machine for reducing the humidity in your home. As long as it keeps on working I have no regrets about buying this Nyxi dehumidifier.

I had such high hopes for this dehumidifier, after unpacking I was quite impressed with the build quality, a lovely looking unit, after reading the instruction manual I set it up in our bedroom as it always feels cold and damp in there and after switching the unit on it said the room was at 87% humidity, I put the unit into automatic mode and left it too it, 2 Hours later I returned to the dehumidifier and it said the room was down to 51% humidity, thought to myself great seems to be working well, probably best if I give it an empty, on removing the tank there wasn't a single drop of water in there, not one drop, thought I'd let the dehumidifier settle for 24hours and give it another go tomorrow, the next day I tried again in manual mode, this time I went back to the unit after 1 hour, on checking the water tank again there was still not a single drop of water in it, so I tried it on it's highest setting and again after 1 hour still not a single drop of water in it, after that I thought enough was as enough, I contacted Amazon and send the unit and then a week later bought a pro breeze which was £50 more expensive but worth every penny, it works and works very well.

This is the first large dehumidifier I have ever had and I’m really impressed with how quickly it reduces the humidity in my home, I leave mine in my hallway leaving the doors to my two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen all just half open and within a few hours it reduces humidity from 65/66 down to 55 which I have mine set to, and every morning I empty around 4/5 litres of water from the 6.5lt tank, it’s a lot more effective than the small pro breeze on I had which only picks up around 500ml of water every two weeks. I’m already noticing a big improvement in my breathing as the humidity was causing my sinuses to get blocked due to allergies, and the air in my house feels a lot healthier now when I breathe in, I’m beginning to think that this is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. Just one tip if you’re thinking of buying one, I got mine from Amazon, only to discover that it was on sale for a cheaper price on NYXI.COM so check before you buy. The dehumidifier is a little noisy but nothing too bad, I switch mine off when going to bed and back on when I get up in the morning, but I can sleep with it on if needed, maybe not for you though if you’re a light sleeper.
