Original Review:The hat is awesome. It really is. The color is great. The fit is great, looks super nice. However I gave it 3 stars because the threads are fraying on the logo the day it was unboxed. If it was for me, I would probably care less. But it was purchased as a gift and I'm kinda bummed that the Tillak logo will likely fall off through normal wearUpdate:This company’s customer service is pretty unbeatable. I ordered the hat and it came with the flaring by the logo as shown in the photo. I posted my review and was promptly contacted by the company asking what they could do to fix the problem. Sent me a new hat without the fraying and even let me keep the imperfect one. I have since bought a second hat in their green color and it came in perfect condition.I genuinely can’t stress how nice this hat is. Currently trying to decide on the next color to get from them 🤔

The hat is high quality and looks good. That said, to comfortably wear this hat I had to tighten the strap down a bit. When the strap is tightened, the back corners pop up, so the hat looks boxy in the back, rather than curved with my the shape of the back of my skull. It feels like a trucker cap at that point, so sadly, I won't continue wearing it.

This hat is rad. Everything I was looking for in hat: 5 panel construction, good fit, weather and life resistant, looks dope, and beautiful color. I wear it for right around everything, in the month I've had the hat i've used it while biking around town, mountain biking climbs, trail running, camping, backpacking, gym workouts, climbing, fly fishing. Solid hat and overall stoked on the purchase. I bought another in green cause I was so stocked on the red. I also really love the fact that company donates proceeds to a worthy cause, and for that, I highly recommend these dudes.

The Tillak Wallowa Camp hat is so incredibly comfortable! It is light for the hot weather and it fits really well. I use it for walking my dog, hiking the trails, sitting outside playing my ukulele, travelling...heck, just about all the time! I really, really like Tillak's ethical philosophy so much so that I ordered a second hat!!! Order it! You'll love it.

Really like the look of the hat. Nylon feels great and works wonderfully if you are sweating. The hat stays on fairly well even when I was playing basketball. The first time I ordered though, the logo on the hat was crooked. Great customer service though, got back to me very quickly and sent me a new hat free of charge. The only problem is that the logo for the replacement hat is just ever so slightly crooked though. Overall love the hat, I just wish that the logo lined up a little better.

I like the hat, and it fits well. Most of what they say in the description is accurate. I'm giving it 4 stars only because, since the hat is entirely made of nylon, save the inside of the brim, when the hat is exposed to Heavy Rain for a prolonged period, once it is saturated, the space between the hat and brim begins to drip water onto your face. If you keep it in light rain, you should be fine. Moderate rain, only for a little while. But heavy rain, I'd say within a half an hour you're going to have a wet face. I think hats that are entirely not waterproof tend to shed water differently. But since this one has the waterproof brim inner material, there's like a channel where the hat and brim meet, and there it tends to drip onto your forehead. The hat isn't advertised as waterproof though, so this is understandable. Overall, a great buy.

Enjoying this hat, 2nd hat with this type of material. It's very packable, depending on your style, you can leave it flat or curve it, either way it's great when you're on the trail or in the water. On hot days, you can put water inside to cool your head without having to worry about damaging the hat.

The hat seems to be decent quality but “on size fits most” must mean most children and not adults. This is now my 5 year old son’s hat.
