So, this heatpress did everything the one star reviews said. Wires were exposed right outside the control panel should have been my first sign to return but noooo I had to plug it up and test it smh.. Yes there is a horrible burning smell when it started heating up then it gets to about 197degree and click it blew out my power. Thought it was a fluke so I tried it again and click again my power pops. So I’m a sucker for a third try so I cut off everything then bam it managed to heat up to the 320 with a horrible burning smell then guess what happened. Yep click it turns off again so that is when I hit return. Buyer beware unless you have a high voltage socket and don’t mind the burning smell then this heatpress is for you. Crazy thing is that I have a 15x15 model from this same brand since 2020 and haven’t experienced these many problems. I returned it a week ago and haven’t heard a word on my money being returned yet. So I decided to write this review. Hey fancierstudios please send me my money back.
