Amazing! So comfortable. I previously had a medium Tempur pillow which I loved, but this one is on another level. It’s beautifully soft but supportive. It’s a really treat to go to bed knowing that I get to sleep on it.

Fantastic . Really helped in improving nights sleep

So I was very excited to get this pillow and as many other reviewers have mentioned it was the most expensive pillow I have ever purchased... After trying it for a couple of weeks it proved to be not comfortable at all because instead of a medium pillow it is much much harder. The promise of it getting softer where it is warmer i.e via body heat does not happen at all I would not recommend getting this pillow at all and honestly you are better off getting a shredded memory foam pillow of some kind

For the past few years, I’ve been looking for a pillow that was similar to one I had for years. It was the best pillow I’d ever had, and having to part with it still bothers me (I spilled fresh orange juice ALL over it 😭) but this one is so similar to my beloved discontinued pillow, it feels like I’ve got my old one back! It’s soft, but also firm. It supports me, but also feels like I could sink into it. I was apprehensive about paying this much for a pillow, but you really get what you pay for. This bad boy will be kept away from all liquids, I’ve learned my lesson. 100% recommend.

I bought this item in both firmness ratings - soft and medium. In the end, I returned both pillows. There was a similar pattern in how the pillows degraded. Out of the box they felt really similar to each other, in loft, support, and firmness. The medium was slightly firmer but not overly noticable, although that did change. So, out of the box, both pillows felt absolutely great. Perfect, or close to it. However... Other the course of a few days both pillows firmed up and then (the medium with a good dose of sitting on it - it had become that firm) softened. The firm feeling of the pillows seemed to vary depending on the mood of the pillow - sometimes they felt firm, sometimes they felt soft and malleable, and sometimes both within the same night. I found myself switching between them in desperate hope for something comfortable. The soft pillow had an obvious problem right out of the box - the material inside migrates to the back of the pillow - but the medium pillow had this problem as well, just to a much less noticable degree. This was annoying but fine - flip or fluff the pillow and continue onwards - until the pillow material began to feel uneven and lumpy at times. Both pillows lost loft and support, leading to shoulder pain, ear pain, and jaw pain. The medium pillow took longer to do that and I actually thought it might work out. It was not to be. I think it's fair to say that towards the end of my use with it, the medium pillow was feeling like a malleable rock. Although, to be fair, the soft sometimes felt like a slightly softer malleable rock. A note on the pillow case: The case isn't smooth and flat (as you can see in the pictures), is fairly expensive (if you want a spare), and I haven't had good experiences using a different case - especially in the case of the soft one. You can fit a pillow case over the top, just make sure it's the right size. These pillows might suit a back/front sleeper (although I found it impossible to use for back sleeping) but aren't really right for a side sleeper, even a short one.
