This product has a 3way filling that provides moisture, heat and flexibility. It’s the best product I’ve found.

Doesn’t seem like it would get that hot. But once you have it for a few seconds you do feel the heat. Like the option of being able to freeze

I like the soft material and the way it heats up after 95 seconds in the microwave. It just the right size and the weight is just right.

This wrap is so soft and heats well giving a moist heat. Much more useful than an electric heating pad that needs an outlet nearby. This heated quickly and stayed warm for a good long time....didn't time it. Odd smell....not horrible, sort of like hay. Would buy again and give as a gift.

I love the way this product feels when you heat it up, but you have to be very careful because If the microwave heats it too much, it can burn a hole in the pad and create a mess. You have to make sure that the rotating tray in the microwave is operating because the pad will overheat if it is not rotating.You should also not add additional heat if it seems to have cooled down except in very small doses because it can get too too hot.

Heats up well in microwave. Stays hot for about 3 hours. I need to buy a larger one. Very soft material

I got this to replace my old Microwaveable pad I bought over 20 YEARS ago. Unfortunately, my old one is still better This one cools fairly quickly. Also, I wish it had a strap connected to it to help secure it in place like my old one does.

Update*UpdateThe seller reached out to me and gave me a refund. Maybe I just got a lemon. I may not have liked the product, but the customer service was amazing! Therefore I gave 4 stars. Knowing how good the costumer service is I would definitely try a other product.I bought the biggest one, but kind of a waste of time. It's not very big and it doesn't hold heat or cold for very long at all. Disappointing.

Received today. Very nice packaging. Item was shrink wrapped inside box. Very cozy material-light grey. Heated well in microwave. The issue is that it is not quite long enough. Rather than a wrap around type, it is a shorter version, albeit quite capable of heating a small area. Instructions say 1 1/2 minutes to heat- I did and it was warm enough, however I then tried it at 2 minute level and it began to split open. Be very careful with this item- seeds scattered everywhere. Taped it up.
