I think, the manufacturers have not been concerned about the SALT content of the product, and it's fall out on consumers. The salt content was excessively heavy.I don't recommend this product for Health conscious consumers. Best left avoided.

Love the taste.
It slightly modified to suit the taste of masses because original Mota Bhujia is too strong for people who are not used to the the kind of spice these usually have. Only true bikaneri people can notice the difference. It still great for people who live out side the cities and crave these. Bigger packet would have been great.
