I have been using a cup for the last 6 years. I have not used another thing since switching. When I first switched, I used the diva cup. But, I always had issues with that one leaking after a couple of hours use. Then let's not even get started on taking it out to empty it. It was a mess. I've even had the cup come flying out of my hands and bounce all over the bathroom, full! It was a massacre in there after that. I seen the reviews of this one, and almost didnt buy it. But, I am super glad that I did! This is the best cup I have ever used. You put it in, create a good suction and never worry again. It even empties REALLY easy. Please, dont let the reviews steer you away. Try this cup for yourself!

This is quite possibly the best purchase I’ve ever made. I have seriously heavy cycles and regular cups have no worked in the past for me due to the mess of having to empty while away from home. The valve has never leaked on me and is super easy to use. I’ve been through 4 or 5 cycles now using just this cup and I’ll never go back to tampons or pads again.

So Ive bought a few different cups here and there, but this one is unique amongst them. The tip that you pinch to empty it-it works. I have very heavy periods and I like to double up with a cup and a pad at night to prevent leaks but with others I would have to wake up and empty it half asleep. This one you pinch the tip and it empties. I would have given it 5 stars, but it WILL clog up fairly easily and you will have to take it out and rinse it to remove the clog. If the opening were just a bit bigger I think it would be perfect.

This cup feels very different than my diva and lily cups. It says it is medical grade silicone like the others, but something is definitely different. The stem didn't bother me at all, but after a few hours I'm afraid the cup itself is causing irritation. I probably won't give it another chance. The valve, however, is a real game changer! I'll be looking for another valve cup.

Too much Suction power and thickness are not necessarily good things to have. This cup had lot of suction power and very stiff IT WAS PAINFUL TO REMOVE! This is not a soft cup at all and very painful. I have Never given birth, 26 y/o, not sexually active. I have a high cervix. After doing some research, I got this small clear Aiwo cup. I even took the quiz that recommended this cup based on my age. But holy hell, the insertion AND removal was SO PAINFUL, I almost pass out!!. I would NOT recommend this cup to anyone who has not given birth and is not sexually active (DO NOT select cups based on your age). Many websites don’t know how vagina’s work... They say that the older you are the bigger your cup should be. This was not the case for me at all!!! I’m so angry that this is not even a returnable product. 1 star from me.

I don't recommend this cup and I regret buying it. Because of the way it works, I'm afraid to even use it. To empty it, you just squeeze the stem. However, I feel like it could get accidentally squeezed while wearing it just by simply moving around and make a huge mess. I thought there would be a cap to twist off/pop off, so you'd have some security against it just opening up but there's not. I wasted my money because I don't trust it enough to use it.

Sounded like a great idea so I decided to test it out. It is not made for anyone that moves around or sits. It’ll probably work great if u don’t move at all but since I’m constantly on the move it shifts and the valves opens and it leaks. Glad I’m wearing a pad because I’d be screwed.

The material is soft and easy to insert which I liked about it. The valve seemed like an excellent idea until it started leaking while inside me. The suction seemed to have worked well but for some strange reason the valve kept opening and it leaked. Also the double lip made removal very uncomfortable for me. I guess I'm too tender for this period cup movement. While I was excited about the concept, it did not execute well.
