I have taken 5-HTP in the past. This was my first time to purchase this product. I thought I would begin taking it again during a stressful time and I am very happy I did. It has a calming effect to my mind. I will continue purchasing as I like the combination of ingredients.

The ingredients on the web page do not match what they send. There is NO Ashwaganda in this package. The web page on Amazon shows a picture of a package that clearly states Ashwaganda. It also has ingredients in it that are not shown on the webpage. Benfotiamine is a synthetic form of thiamine that if you do your research, it has mixed reviews as to its efficacy. I will give this product a try and revisit this review but not a good way to start.

I suffered a traumatic brain injury earlier this year and have been struggling with sever depression and anxiety. One of the things though that I take every day to help is this mood support. I really feel that it helps me in this very difficult time.

i did not like the product because they advertise different ingredients on the PROPRIETARY BLEND package on the amazon website and when i got the product both sides of the package are different from the package I received. and some pill were missing also. I don't understand do the company think that customers don't notice the product. the front and the back of the package is not the same from the website. I just wonder what exactly are on the pills ??????

High quality product. Arrived quickly and I slept better and felt more like myself in just one day! A truly great blend for soothing and getting back to yourself again. I will continue to use this at night time and additionally during times of higher stresses.

Nicely packaged set of pills for mood support and stress relief; also aid in sleeping. Pills are medium-semi large size and coated well, are easy to swallow, thirty in the pack. They have virtually no taste and the pills contain ashwaganda, DMAE, L-THEANINE and 5 HTP for relaxation and sleep. Serving is two tablets per dose. If taken on a consistent basic should help with relaxation, also like the fact the have the vitamins.

Do not like this product and would not recommend it.

The product smell horrible.. I’ve ordered others and they’ve been fine. But this one I can’t even choke it down. I tried to return it without success. very disappointed in product and not being able to get a product that hasn’t gone bad.
