We have been buying a lot of rugs lately, trying to cover over our wood floors to make it safer for our border collie who’s had a hip replacement. Even though not expensive this is one of the better rugs we’ve bought and now we’ve purchased a second. These are not non-slip, despite the claims made and we almost sent the first one back but found a way to utilize it, on top of a braided rug at the entry to a sunroom, the second we placed bedside over short pile carpet. But if used on its own some of that cling webbing would no doubt keep it in place, a solution we’ve resorted to quite often as a young BC, who is able to run through most of the house to complete a circle, requires everything to be nailed down even our full sized rugs, also referred to as non- slip.
