It has pure cane suga! 14 grams if you drink the entire bottle (serving is 2 per bottle at 7 grams each). I loved this product first time I bought a case. Then I ordered 2-3 more cases. Some tasted like a sour wash rag; None had the great passion fruit taste the first case had.
