Sound is superb!!! I’ve actually had many random people compliment my voice clarity! Razer customization is wonderful and can be controlled effortlessly!! A couple games hogwarts legacy, Overwatch 2 sync with the microphone. I have mostly Razer products and this adds another reactive and customizable light to my setup. Comes with stand but I use a microphone mount and it works great!

I got this mic to use mostly for gaming because I don't do podcasts or any voice recordings. My gaming desktop setup is also all Razer so this was a no brainer.The mic comes with a stand and power cable. It's enough to get you started but I would recommend a mic arm so you can free up your desk space. The packaging and build quality is excellent which is typical of Razer. You can use this without the Razer synapse software. But to take advantage of it, you'll want to use it. Once plugged in, the synapse software automatically detected it and started to install it. Once installed, I could fine tune the settings and RGB lights to match the rest of my Razer gear. I left the audio settings on default and played Call of Duty. I told everyone on my team that I had a new mic and everyone commented that I sounded crystal clear. I'm pretty sure you can use this to do voice recordings for podcast or youtube video narration etc, but I don't do those. My main concern was that I sounded clear gaming online and the mic matched my setup. It checks both boxes for me.Overall, for $129.99 it is expensive. There's cheaper alternatives out there if you're not in the Razer environment and will probably have the same sound quality. However, if you're a Razer fan and want a nice mic, I would highly recommend this mic. 5 stars!

This is one of the better microphones I have used and the RGB is a nice touch. But there is the catch that Razer overprices their products but this is a decent price overall.The sound quality is pretty good but the blue snowball mic I have has a similar level of quality for much less money and.It’s not too bulky and pretty light weight, it does not weigh down the arm it’s installed on either.It has pretty good functionality between the Razer software. I love the gain control knob and two to mute options which are very convenient.To summarize, the fancy lights and the controls are good, I would say spend more money on a HyperX mic or save some money and get the Blue Snowball if the controls and RGB aren’t important.
