Real quick is my personal take on each category out of 5 proverbial stars.. Followed by my personal experience bellow. Energy - 4.5 Taste- 3.5 (Cherry) No Crash- 5 Skin Tingles- 4 Value - 5 Mixability- 4 Digestability- 5 Formula transparency- 10 Obviously their whole schtick is “transparency”. No dyes, no added fillers, just what the label says so kudos for that. As someone who has been taking minimum 300mg pre workouts for quite a while now, I find that to be a sweet spot for me. I’m really liking the balanced feel of this pre by Transparent Labs. If you are a stim junkie always looking for the next meth-like formula or pre-banned substance, this isn’t for you. This is for those of you who enjoy a level headed buzz, good focus, decent tingles for the beta, and it LASTS. Not only each training session in of itself, but they give you 30 high quality servings. Almost everyone has dropped to the facade of “40” servings when they just halve their 20 servings and say “hey look we give you 40!!!” When in reality the majority of lifters are not getting much from 150-200 mg of caffeine… might as well drink a ghost dude. The black cherry flavor isn’t for me. I for one like cherry flavored things candy, drinks etc. But the more I drank it, the more I grew accustomed to it. It isn’t the worst thing by any means, but it leaves a slight “medicinal” after taste. Meh, didn’t matter to me because the pre works really well. TLDR No “bubble gut”, no additives, 30 SERVINGS, great formula, lasting energy. Give them a shot at the very least, you’ll like it.

Really great pre-workout compared to other pre-workouts I've tested. This pre-workout really gives you the energy needed to sustain pro-longed intense workouts. Great muscle pumps and recovery. Doesn't make you feel exhausted easily! Additionally, unlike other pre-workouts, I don't feel tingly sensation when the effect kicks in! The price is really worth it as it really gives you the boost in performance that you needed the most! Though the taste may vary for some individuals as it has some bitterness and not really that sweet as it doesn't have any sweeteners. But overall, this pre-workout really exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended and definitely will be ordering again!

Good product, flavor is good and mixes pretty well. I have a higher caffeine tolerance and do not notice jitters. Gives you a good pump. There are some gritty particles at bottom of drink that do not like to dissolve. Not a major issue, just add a little extra water and swig down. A little on the pricy side but i appreciate the "clean" ingredients.

Gonna try to give an honest review. I've taken a few pre works but I try to use them as little as possible. But now that im using them for the gym and to stay awake on night shift after the gym , im looking for something different. With that being said I liked that it didn't give me jitters quite as bad as other brands. Other brands dang near give me panick attacks! This one did not. It increased my energy and focus but didn't spike it! Which i like. It also lasted from 6:30pm to 4:30 am. Kind of like coasting energy which I loved. But.... ITS NASTY AF !!! And I mean that. It tastes AWFUL. But because it's clean and natural i will figure out a way to ingest it without it making me wanna puke. 🫠

I thought this company was top shelf but this product was literally disgusting. I couldn't even swallow it down. It might be quality in terms of the ingredient list but you have to be able to drink it right? Their creatine is also really bitter but their protein powder is great. I guess that's the only thing I'll be buying from them. Got a refund.

Not gonna lie, I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stuff is outstanding. I’ve been what most consider a gym rat for the past six years and I’ve been through no less then 20 different pre-workouts. They have left me all feeling at least one of these: anxious, nauseous, lightheaded,not feeling a strong enough pump, the boost of energy being too short/unstable, tasting horrible and so on and so forth. I can confidently say THIS is the best pre-workout I’ve ever had and I will be buying again, tastes fantastic, long and stable pump and stability throughout the workout, clean tingles not too much not too little, I don’t have a big crash after the workout, seems to be the perfect mixture of everything. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Seriously fantastic.

Bulk works great! No jitters but get the tingling sensation. No crash but provides a great pump. Only issue is taste of the black cherry is not for everyone. Some might like it, I did not like that flavor. I will be trying lean next in a couple weeks in a different flavor albeit in a different flavor. With that said the black cherry flavor is simply that, a flavor. Most of us just slam it and get to working out. Lime juice absolutely helps. Customer support is absolutely amazing from this company! They asked my opinion. I gave it and was honest and they offered to replace it for a different flavor. Told me what I might be able to add to make it more tasty. (Lemon or lime juice) Can’t ask for better support than that. As I said great pump and I do go pretty hard. One thing I do notice was that down time is nearly non existent when using the BCAA’s, Whey, and Casein. I ran Back, Biceps, forearms last night. Woke up today and literally had to force myself to not go and hit it again this morning. It’s like I am in my 20’s and early 30’s again when I did 2 a day 5 days a week and just trained BJJ on Saturday and Sunday only as rest days. I did train bjj 7 days a week. Twice a day Monday and Thursday. I will be 50 years old December of 2025 just to be clear. No steroids, nothing other than what I listed above. Great company, great customer support and a great product line. Can’t really say much more about other than if you’re here reading this then get it. You won’t be disappointed. Just not black cherry lol.
