Perfect, brand new, mint condition, easy activation!
The phone is in perfect pristine condition in every single way. Not a single mark anywhere. Battery is at 100 percent health. Activation was near instant after popping in my Visible Wireless sim card. Honestly, aside from not arriving in original packaging, there would be no way to know this wasn't brand new from the Google Store.

Issues with touch screen after 2 and a half months, poor customer service
The phone was fine, but after 2.5 months of ownership it became hard to type. The best way to describe the issue is like what happens when you have big fingers, except my typing has been perfect up to that moment. I would restart the phone and the issue would go away, but then randomly come back.I contacted vendor DNCL-TECHZONE and they agreed to my return. They even agreed to a later return as I was traveling back from from abroad. However, at the moment the vendor received the phone back, they started claiming that the phone had no issues in their short testing, which may have not been enough to experience what I was experiencing. The vendor DNCL-TECHZONE did not get back to me to try to understand more about what was failing, they immediately said they'd be keeping a 20% restocking fee, which in their return policies is due to "abusing the return process", and if "if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product".This vendor is not offering me a solution. This vendor DNCL-TECHZONE is actually putting the burden of their product not working as expected on me, making me pay for a restocking fee on a phone that didn't operate properly when I had it, and potentially selling it to the next person who will run into these issues.I believe this is not the way to treat a customer. I have an open case with Amazon and will update this review as the case evolves.

Great phone
Having played around with it for a few days, I am very happy with my purchase. The battery life is amazing and despite seeing some fairly heavy use throughout the day, I find I can use my phone the entire day before having to charge it and that is without battery saver on. It also charges fairly quickly, which is another major plus. The camera and video quality are equally amazing. It has a good amount of memory that I am satisfied with. I listen to audiobooks, which take up a good chunk of memory, and I have a lot of downloaded music yet I have plenty of space to spare when all is said and done.My only gripe with the phone is that instead of a back button (to go to a previous page), you have to swipe the screen to the left or right. Annoyingly, sometimes you will accidentally go backwards or forwards when you don't mean to.Aside from that, I would highly recommend this one or the Pro 8, if you want a bigger screen.

Good Condition?
I bought a Pixel 8 in good condition. The front and back looks good, what I was expecting. The sides, frame and camera bar has several scratches and pit looking spots that can be seen farer than 12 inches. I would say its closer to acceptable condition than good condition. I will put a case on it and use it. I have only had it 24 hours and everything working as it should.

Excellent phone
This phone is.in excellent condition. I wanted to update my business phone. I had a Pixel 4. My main personal phone is a Galaxy 24 Ultra. My business line is through Mint Mobile. I needed an unlocked phone. It was so easy to transfer. I took out my sim card and put it in.the.new phone. I had my old phone connected to WiFi. All I had to do was take a screen shot of the QR code with my new phone and everything transferred. Included my Wifi connection. Now that was for Mint Mobile. $15 a month and you just pay the whole year at once. My main phone is Spectrum but you can't go wrong with $15 a month for a business line. The Pixel 8 is a great upgrade. I didn't want to invest a ton of money into business line so this is perfect. I cam take great pictures and have a way better phone now. I'm very happy with this used phone. If there's scratches then they're too small for me to notice. I have screen protectors on the camera and front screen in the pics. The phone works perfect. If there's any issues with the phone failing, I'll update.

Great Phone
The phone was in great physical condition, although there was a single dead pixel next to the camera. Great photos, just a smart and capable phone in general

Phone is NOT unlocked - linked to AT&T.
Description says the phone is unlocked - My SIM card was rejected with a note telling me to contact AT&T to see if the phone can be unlocked. Not helpful as I don't use AT&T. I was directed to Amazon help. They didn't speak english but in the end they told me to contact the manufacturer. Like Google is going to answer the phone for a device bought from a refurbishment house. No choice but to return unless Seller sees this review and reaches out.
