Holds up in cold weather. A little difficult to apply.
July 2018: While the product did accomplish the mission of covering cracks in the driveway, I found the process of rolling the tape off the role onto the driveway to not work as well as other joint repair tape I have used. This tape only has separation plastic on one side of the tape leaving the other exposed sticky side of the tape difficult to unroll and prone to stick to itself. While I was able to apply most of it without it folding and sticking to itself, there are other brands that have separation plastic on both sides of the tape that allow much easier application (December 2018: Unfortunately the easier to apply EWT Asphalt Tape does not hold up in cold weather and the crack reopened through it). The cost also was higher per foot than the other type of tape I have used. Also a week after installation it still is very soft and has not hardened as I would have expected. It has been in the 90's all week so perhaps it just needs some cooler days. Cannot judge how it will hold up in the long run, but hope it does well.DECEMBER 2018: This tape ended up being superior as it is thicker than another brand I tried. It was spongy in hot weather but did not move and now that it is cold it shows no signs of cracking over the original crack as the other brand I used did.

Works good
Would have done 5 star if it came off the roll easier/better. It’s so sticky that it doesn’t unravel well what so ever so it’s difficult and time consuming applying

Great product
I have a long driveway with lots of cracks. This sealant was easy to use and we are now in winter and the cracks still look great. Have plowed the driveway and the tape still looks great. One word of caution is not to use the final bit that stays on the roll. I cut it off and sealed some patches that are now showing some gaps. I know, I’m cheap... minor issues with the roll sticking to itself, especially on the sides but just used a Stanley knife to separate it. Only happened on a few rolls - nothing serious. Heating the tape is not hard at all using a propane flame torch.Awesome product. Have a few more areas to do and will use this product.

Asphalt Joint Repair experience
Had a difficult time getting it apart. Lost it’s shape and came off in pieces. It had plastic strip that it was rolled on but the sides had stuck together on both sides. I used this product two day after delivery. Don’t know if it was old or had been stored in a hot place. I’m waiting to see how it holds up after the winter. That will be the real test. I think the product would’ve been fine if it hadn’t melted together.

Never cures-remains very sticky!
This product was a disaster from the start and I should have seen the results coming. First of all, it was very sticky and difficult to remove from the roll and apply to the driveway. It would stick to everything but the driveway. Once melted, the tar never fully cured. Even weeks after installing it, a vehicle parked on the tar would rip it up. I have since had my driveway seal coated and it is still soft and leaves tire marks in it. Now I have to figure out how to get it off my driveway. Thanks....

Gerat crack filler
Works well on asphalt cracks where a liquid filler would just sink in. Covers crack and both sides and melts in with heat. Stick well to driveway. Use it on all my cracks that aren't too wide where a rope filler works better.

Good but not Great: Buy Four Inch Tape
Buy Four Inch Tape, it works much better. This works well with a Big Torch as shown in the picture...

Very sticky
Has d some issues with tape sticking to itself as I installed as well as the plastic barrier peeling a little as the tape stretched. Not sure there’s an easy fix for either - you want it to be very sticky and to conform to substrate. I tried latex gloves with some oil on them to keep it from being too sticky to hand / fingers - did’t seem to work as well as I hoped, but did help. Torching / melting was not as good as I had hoped as well. Where it had bunched up, it basically burned instead of melting. I was using to cover invisible dog fence wire at base dog long driveway - maybe would have worked better with a thicker tape.
