Product looks used and unreturnable
Unfortunately, I opened the box too late and realized that the product looks like it had been sitting in a showroom for a long time. It clearly does not look new – the condition is far from what I expected for a brand new item. Sadly, the return window has passed, so I’m stuck with it. Disappointed, especially coming from a reputable brand like Braun.
