For the price, this binder is fine, but it’s not great. I struggle with the way the top cover fits on binder rings. The rings are just a bit too small for the pages to turn easily, and if you have too few pages, the cover doesn’t seem to fit well at all. You can’t put anything in the front pocket or the cover doesn’t close at all. The color is lovely, though, so if you’re not using it frequently or opening/closing the rings, it might work for you. I’m going to keep looking.

I love the notebook overall, but very soon after using it the inside and outside leather began to separate. I ended up getting double sided gorilla tape to repair the notebook, and later repairs (and in corners) i used e6000 clear adhesive. I am not sure whether to try buying another one, or trying a different notebook. I also found that i wanted it to stay closed in my purse, so I put a small powerful magnet on the underside/inside of the front cover, and a matching one on the outside, then strung a leather string thru the two middle slits in the front cover so that it essentially wrapped from the spine around the back and I put a little bird magnet on top of the little round strong magnet on the front and wrapped the leather string around it to close the notebook but keep the vintage feel. I make my own paper printing lines and a transparent owl on parchment paper and cut it to size and hole punch it to fit the notebook to refill regularly. Overall, I love the look of the notebook, but the construction could use some revamping to make it stay together better.

I used this as a daily planer, and it went in my purse everywhere -- less than two months later, the cover has split around the edge.The rings of the binder are sturdy, and I imagine I will break the PU leather binder down for parts.The paper inside was very nice, with minimal bleed.The price was right, quality was questionable.

Purchased this as my office desk business planning and projects notebook. Had high hopes but after light wear (95% of time on the desk in my office), corners separated and the PU (not real) leather even separated under the center ring mechanism. Must find a replacement. Was believing this would work but in the end, not to the quality standard I had hope.

As the title states, I mainly use this leather notebook for keeping lists and reminders. The actual leather material they used feels great as well. My only gripe about it is that they should have made the inserts for business cards and IDs a little larger. I have to jam in some of the business cards I have, and the holder for the ID card tore at the edge. Other than that, it's a great little notebook and I recommend trying it out.

Quite frankly, I love this journal. It is soft and beautiful. I can see myself using it for years. Fits all standard pages and inserts. Rally pleased with it.
