ClarksMen's Batcombe Hall Derbys

This is the third pair of these style of shoe Ive bought. Identical to previous designs but leather colouring different tone of brown and these look stunning. Size and fit was excellent and price was great as was -23% when ordered so a great saving. My husband loves these for style with jeans and especially the comfort and durability. Excellent product and very smart.

I’ve had a pair of these for about six months and have ordered a second pair. They are excellent quality, as you’d expect from Clarks, sizing is exactly right and they are very comfortable to wear all day.They are properly waterproof and if they do get dirty or scuffed, a quick brush up with boot polish restores the shine. Very happy with these.

Beware! I last purchased a pair of these shoes back in 2022. I need a reasonably wide fitting pair of shoes so I purchased these again as I knew the fit would be ideal. However, although they are still a nice shoe, they are not identical to my previous pair, they are a few millimetres shorter in length and more importantly width, which makes a big difference to me. A closer inspection between the 2 pairs revealed that the original shoe was made in Bangladesh, whereas the latest pair were made in Albania and the overall design is very slightly different. They are nice shoes, but if you have sensitive feet and toes like me, they may not fit as expected.

I've been wearing a pair of these shoes for almost two years now. The ones I bought from Amazon were a second pair because I liked the price. They're pretty comfortable from the start and great now, although the most comfortable Clarks shoes I've tried are the Nature 3's and before them the Nature 2's. One massive advantage of these over the Nature series is that they are more or less waterproof. I would have probably chosen a solid colour rather than the darker heel and toe, but they look good and shine up very well. The only criticism I can think of is that gravel gets stuck in the sole very easily - if you have a penknife with one of those things for taking stones out of horse's hooves you will end up using it a lot on these especially if you worry about scratching polished floors.

High quality

Very comfortable shoe but after a yr it developed an annoying squeak of my right shoe in the heel. In a quiet office , the noise seems to travel with people turning round to see what the squeak is.
