thin plastic and bad sizing makes them useless
The first thing I noticed is that one of the ends of the sock nearly tore through just by attempting to insert the bar. Only by carefully bending the plastic to match the curve of the pry bar was I able to fully insert it without tearing through the end of the sock. Perhaps I received a bad one, but that is harder for me to judge since one of the three is a different size, too small to fit my standard size pry bars. The whole point of these is to protect rims, but with plastic so thin, the metal bar will nearly instantly be in contact with them. I bought these since it seems ridiculous to pay so much more for a simple plastic cover, but the ones made by Shark for more than twice the price are far superior, and thus a far better value.
