HAPBEAR Pull Up Assistance Bands Set of 5 - Resistance Bands for Working Out, Stretching, Physical Therapy, Muscle Training

I use these to assist for pull ups. They are very strong, and well made.

Awesome. My first time using this and it was fairly easy. It did the job, the heavy band made my pull-ups doable. I will be going lighter soon LOL

I just received mine. I went through reviews on dozens of different bands on Amazon before I chose these. No matter how well-rated the best of the other bands were, there were always 1-5% who complained about issues due to poor process control (brittleness, slickness, smell, weakness, etc...). I got lucky. There are many reviews of other bands that describe "stiffness", "hardness", detail tears and brittleness, complain about the lack of elasticity/recovery, objectional smells, "melting", slickness, powder residue, etc... These bands have none of those negative attributes. They are soft and pliable, they have no surface defects, they exhibit only a very mild odor which can't be smelled from more than 1-2' away (and will no doubt diminish over time), they stretch to 3X their length before "hitting the wall", they recover immediately after repeated stretching, the claimed resistance specs. seem reasonable. Only time will tell how durable they will be.For standard tube-type bands I only use Bodylastics, it looks like I've found comparable quality in a flat band.
