These work great for my custom bow bread knives. I suggest pre drilling the holes to avoid stripping the screw. These cut sourdough like butter.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this pack many months ago (to log to return). The blades are excellent, and extremely sharp!!! Just ask my thumb. However, I find it funny that almost every single picture on the ad shows the screws, because guess what was missing when I finally got around to making the knives. I will also have to give poor marks for the blade cover, or lack there of. They come with only a clear cellophane cover for each leg… Which I really don’t feel comfortable passing that onto my customers, so now I’m looking for covers.With that said, I might buy these again just for the quality of the blade. But if I don’t get my screws this time they will go back.

These are great to make knives for my sour sough bread.

The blades are great. The screws are cheap metal. They break while being screwed into wood. I will have to go out and purchase better screws. I had two break with no pressure on them.

My wife recently took up making sour dough bread which is quite crusty. I got these to make bread knives for her and as gifts when she gives starter to others. These are very sharp and work great.

I have had to replace multiple knives I made now because these blades snap near the mounting hole. If you have them too loose they wobble, but good tension (use bigger better screws than provided) causes them to snap and break. Irritated and should give 1 star really.
