All around great! I like the shape of the pack designed for your abdomen/torso, versus other castor oil packs. This is actually shaped to fit properly.Also, the straps are superior to other packs, because they velcro to any outer surface of the pack, making it possible for you to adjust it to your shape/curves and tighten it however you need. Other packs I've used are actually too big for me, because they have a limited velcro section. Having elastic straps also aids in adjusting it to your shape and size. Not only does this make the pack infinitely more comfortable, but much more effective for its purpose.If I wear the torso pack on my back for kidneys, I just use it at night, when I'm lying flat on my back. Otherwise, being up and moving about during the day doesn't comfortably work while wearing it on my back, because I have digestive issues and wearing the elastic straps on my belly, pulled tight enough to keep the pack in place while being vertical, is uncomfortable for me. It's not a deficiency in the pack– just sharing a tip on how to best use this on your back!I also bought this specifically for the eye mask pack...decalcify that pineal gland while you get a good night's sleep or meditate!The neck pack is really functional and comfortable, as it uses a mechanism that slides to tighten/loosen it. I like that it fits to wrap around nearly my whole neck (it might not for everyone, I have an average size neck for a female), getting the most benefit out of it without needing to rotate it and thus wear it for longer.I haven't actually used the knee packs, as I don't particularly need them. I did try to use them to wrap around my psoas on my tight hips while I slept...it kind of worked! Doesn't really stay in place too well but of course it wasn't designed for that. I haven't found any packs that are designed for hips...I may try a disposable adhesive type for that.Lastly, the canvas bag it comes with is very handy for storage, as you need to be careful about storing your pack so it doesn't absorb any toxic substances into the leftover oil, and so you don't stain other surfaces with oil. Most people recommend you use a large glass jar/container. But for me, that's too bulky / takes up too much space and is too heavy. I just hang my canvas bag with the pack on the handle of my bedside stand...handy to use at bed/during naps or meditation, and the pack is protected. And of course the canvas bag is much better for travelling vs a glass container.The only improvement is I'd say the storage bag could be slightly bigger. It easily holds everything but the knee packs, if I want to be able to easily pull out specific packs. This happens to be fine for me since the knee packs aren't being used, I just keep them clean and dry in a drawer. But for other customers, a bigger bag would be best. Certainly not a deal breaker though. Most other packs don't even include any type of storage. This is the best collection of organic cotton castor oil packs I've found, and at a good price.

Okay product good quality

The quality of these wraps is truly fantastic, and the presentation is great. It's just a real shame that this doesn't include washing instructions for this wrap set. Other than that the band on this wrap is comfortable it does not dig into me, like other brands along my back or hips, and I love that it has Velcro straps instead, which makes this comfortable to wear and more secure. I absolutely love these wraps I use mine all the time, but they really need to include vital, useful information within this set, that will increase it's longevity, such as washing aftercare instructions, that would make the whole package even more special, especially when given as a gift.

Bought as I suffer from osteoarthritis and use castor oil and most of my joints. These pads are perfect for applying the oil and not transferring it anywhere else. They are fully adjustable, comfortable to wear. Washes well. Great, fit for purpose. Would fully recommend.

Very pleased with product with very good packaging

These are made for very petite people i am a size 12 and the pack is extremely tight and uncomfortable to wear. I am not sure how most people could use these

Appears to be good quality, well finished off.But I haven’t used them or washed them yet.Good variety of patches. Disappointed that there were no instructions in the box.
