This has worked pretty well. Does make burgers pretty quickly... Cleanup takes attention to detail...

Well made. Nice and heavy enough not to slide around while you are using it

It feels heavy build. Hard to use meat ball to make patties, need to flatten a little. You have to have a specific amount of ground meat for a patty because you Can not adjust the thickness of the patty.

Purchased this because we make 150 to 200+ burgers every Sunday for a weekly summer event. This does work as advertised and is a great time saver. The unit comes with different sized components that let you make 3 difference sizes of burgers. You have minor but intuitive assembly to do, disassembly for cleaning is quick.I use the largest size, making approximately a 1lb burger which the unit handles nicely as a 6" patty.Quick tutorial. Assemble the size you want, the components dictate the patty size (3 sets come with this unit - not all units have this feature). Press the button on the side and the base plate drops inside the cup that forms the burger. Place a parchment circle inside the cup, put in your burger, place a parchment on top. Pull the lever until you hear a click, release the lever and the base raised up with your ready to use patty.The only negative is the parchment circles. The ones they provide are excellent, but I cannot find them on Amazon and the company has not responded as to where I can find them. I have found some of the parchment circles on Amazon, but they tend to vary in size and are either too small or too big. They still work however.

Okay, got it and first put in too much hamburger and they wouldn’t lift off right. Put in n less and perfect, came out nice! (Paper on bottom & Paper on top.)Also tried some Italian Sausage and ground turkey.Here’s the trick to making them into patties.(Don’t push down too hard) squishes out.Nice easy press and you got a nice patty.I love the machine, it’s fast, it’s easy.Will get a lot of use out of it.I recommend it if you like your burgers!Thank You!!

I am a big fan of Vevor. A China company that has always had better than average track record for quality. Cannot say that for all China companies. From Ice machines to tire changers I have been well satisfied. This burger press was bought to make sausage patties. A god awful job with the meat sticking to the hand press like glue. This machine puts a parchment paper the size of the patty on top and bottom of the patty pull the handle and a perfect patty pops up every time. Looked at cheaper machines and more expensive ones and decided on Vevor from past experience with the brand. A good decision!
