I started using Oil of Oregano after I read all the benefits it provided. I like that they have 1 part Oregano Oil to 3 parts Olive Oil. My journey for weight loss led me to the product. It is super strong, I add 2 drops to my smoothie in the morning, but I can already tell a difference in how I feel because I feel full for several hours, plus it has helped curb my sugar cravings. Time will tell if it works for why I actually bought it for.

So far this produce has been great. I usually wait 90 days before giving feedback on something like a better idea. But, the benefits listed in my research have matched well so far.
