Very comfortable and nice looking chair... Wish the screws were easier to install but over all not a hard assembly and finished product was as expected.

The chair was easy to assemble and it looks great. Adds to our growing set, which we have had for several years.I must say, your customer service was incredible and exceeded my expectations. the color, style, comfortable and a good price

I read the reviews and wasn’t sure but I wanted a wide chair for me and my dog. I paid for assembly because the reviews said it was difficult. Assembly services were great and I couldn’t be happier with the chair. Solid and sturdy and comfortable. Glad I ordered and I highly recommend.

Easy to Assemble

Has been a good addition to our porch. Great on game nights.

Chair looks and is built solid I would be well over 300 lbs. The chair is very hard to get out of or I would have gave it a 5. The seat height they have published includes the cushion so after you removed cushion or sit on it to compress the chair is 2.5 inches lower than published. Too much hassle to take apart and send back I will put raised 2x4 boards under each side to get 2 inched back or 4 inch blocks if I have too. If your handicapped and cannot get up easy from being to low to ground this chair is NOT for you,if you can get up easily this chair is great for big folks!

I recently purchased a number of the Patioroma pieces for my patio. The pieces arrived before estimated shipping date and came in a number of large boxes.If you like assembling IKEA furniture this is very similar. The pieces bolt together with a simple allen key wrench with around 8-10 bolts per piece of furniture. One suggestion, after putting together over 14 pieces, hand tighten all the bolts in the chair before you tighten them down. Because it is in multiple pieces, it's easier to line everything up while the bolts have a little play in them before tightening them down.The second suggestion. Get yourself a good allen key wrench, or a allen key for a ratchet wrench. It will speed up the process. The tool that is included is cheap and wears out after a bit of use. You end up stripping the bolts. I also took the included allen key and cut it with a hacksaw, making it a straight piece. I inserted the straight piece into a battery drill to quickly tighten the bolts (then I went in and hang tighten them up). It allowed me to cut down the installation time by a fraction of doing it by hand with the included tool.The included cushions (backs) tend to slide around a bit. I purchased outdoor velcro and am planning on installing it on the chair and cushions to hold them in place better.Overall, decent quality for the price. They transformed my patio into a resort style outdoor living space. I've had nothing but compliments from family and friends.
